Prosthetic and Orthotic Group made me a set of BRILLIANT orthotic inserts for my cycling shoes. At the time, on almost every ride my big toe would go numb and if I rode more than 40 miles, my arches would be so bruised I could barely walk the next day. POG took me in and interviewed me to understand the issue, gave me a ton of information and suggestions and then fit me three ways to Sunday. The resulting orthotics fixed the issue on the first ride out. Since I have been using them, I have had no issues with numbness or soreness. I highly recommend POG and their helpful staff.
