Papa John’s Pizza

Not real confident with my order so I cancelled it. The person put the blame on me so I spoke to the assistant manager.
I said that my order wasn’t that complicated. My order, payment, and how delivered. The person was most likely new and was inexperienced, but I had too many doubts in this simple transaction.

Wholly smokes!!! Smelled amazing. My stomach was growling like crazy! Lol. Love the smiles, courteous staff & amazing customer service!

We ordered a half buffalo chicken and half cheese pizza. We got a bbq chicken bacon and half cheese pizza. I called the store to indicate that I got the wrong pizza. I spoke to Tony who said that I ordered the right pizza; but it was wrong.

Buy far the best pizza in the area after change in management. Very professional staff. Each of their pizza made to a perfect 10. On time delivery. Great customer service and if your picking up when you walk into the store they yell out «WECOME TO PAPA JOHN’S» Very professional. They tell me there specials. I don’t give this store 5 Stars, I give them 10 stars. It is true what they say about «Better Ingredient Better Pizza, Papa John’s. Taste so good. Keep up the good work guys!!!

The pizza was good, as I’ve come to expect from Papa John’s locations from coast to coast. The service here, however, is AMAZING!!! Daniel was a great host from the moment we walked in. He always had a big smile and treated my aunt and I very well. Our wait time was 15 minutes. We left and returned. When we got back, Daniel saw us coming in the door and grabbed our pizza right away. We will definitely be back again!

The owner of this Papa John’s was very kind and helpful to my previous experience with them. This time around I ordered 2 pizzas. My boyfriends pizza was delicious and well made. I ordered a Hawaiian volcano pizza because I love pineapple on my pizza, it’s literally the only kind of pizza I eat. And I would give this company a 5 star for their costumer care and service, but there wasn’t a trace of pineapples on my pizza. Not one little piece. I’m disappointed, but the pizza wasn’t bad. It was just missing my FAVORITE ingredient. Thank you Taylor for being so great.

I go here almost every weekend. Love the pizza and they always have cheap online coupon codes. Great sauce and I like that they always include garlic dipping sauce in the box. Good, fast service too.

The best pizza in Camarillo! Everyone was friendly, and nice as soon as I walked in. I will definitely order from here again! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Great job guys!

After receiving horrible service from the Oxnard location on multiple occasions, my family and I decided we would rather drive the extra distance to this location and get takeout rather than have delivery from the other store. We have not regretted that decision yet.
Papa John’s is our favorite pizza. The service at this location was great, the store was clean, and the worker’s had professional attitudes and actually wash their hands (unlike the previously mentioned location).
The only reason that I give this a 4 star rating is that it took about 5 minutes to ring us up because I accidentally put the payment method as cash instead of credit when I ordered online. It made it harder for the store workers to get the same price as the online price because they didn’t have the same deals.
Overall, this is the kind of experience we would like to have at Papa John’s and we will definitely be coming back.

Sorry for the issue but thank you for taking care of us. These guys are very friendly, up beat, and have true customer service. When I got home the pizzas and salads were fresh had great flavor. Ordered online last night at 4:55pm and never got my pizza. What I got was a bunch of excesses. So I can’t tell you what the pizza tastes like. I do know this place will never get my business. EVER!

I use to love Papa Johns Pizza. I recently moved to Camarillo from Valencia and Papa was a go to place for good yet fast and affordable Deals after a long work day. Never had a problem with any locations like I have with the Camarillo one. First let me say the 50% flier they mail to u only works on SOME of there food. No where does it say there is a Restriction. But I looked Past that and the first time I Ordered I got a person who barley spoke english taking my order. I tried and tried to bare with him but i had to speak with someone else. I got the Mngr on the phone who sounded like a young Kid. I placed my order and he forget to give me a total or the wait time so when Asked he said the amount and 15 mins. I live pretty close by to the store so I waited 5 mins and left my house. When I got there I noticed 2 other people Waiting for there pizzas. Around the 15 min mark I started to wonder where my pizza was and spoke up. I got told that the «oven was not working properly and my order has to be redone?! «what?! So by now I am pretty irritated. I wait about 10 mins and finally my order comes up. I ask does this thing usually happen at 5pm on a dinner rush? The mngr who looked to be about 18 said no and the temp was off. He did apologize and offer me a free 2 liter or bread sticks. I declined and wanted to go home to my hungry family. When I got home and looked at the pizza i noticed it was half cooked! I was so up set and apologized to the wifey and mother in Law that it took so long and now they have to eat Cold Pizza. I will not be returning to this Location. And if your Reading this John please do something about this overall. Toppers sounds good right about now!

So far, so good. Recently they re-​opened, and I have done both pick up and delivery. The flavor is decent, service has been good, and deliveries from the net and app go through just fine. They offer coupons, and with the pizza points, I actually earn free pizzas. I do visit the other pizzerias in town, but bang for my buck, I prefer the convenience and the opportunity to earn free food. I also appreciate that they check your pizza when you go I to pick it up, verifying that I is what you order.

I called for a pick up, and unlike how this place was ran before it closed down, they answered on the 2^nd ring and said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes.
Jesse, the man who helped me, I don’t know if he was a manager or not. Was very pleasant and helpful.
I’m very happy this place is open again and looks like to be under better management.

Friday night means pizza in out house. I like to try new places and couldn’t remember why I swore never to go to Papa John’s Pizza.
We moved to Camarillo 11 years ago and tried Papa Johns. It sucked then and it still sucks.
I ordered a large 1 topping pizza. The girl on the phone said it was $ 10 plus tax. When I got there the price was all of the sudden $ 12. OK, if the pizza was good, no problem. This pizza is crap and I have no idea how they stay in business. Its not even as good as frozen pizza…
TERRIBLE and I won’t forget why we don’t buy pizza there.
