Really enjoyed tasting these great wines. Brittany’s knowledge and passion really show as you go through the wine tasting process. Can’t wait to make it back here again.

Recommend skipping this place and instead going to strey cellars. The two ladies at the front were more interested in talking to each other than selling us their product. They made my husband and I feel like an inconvenience.

GOGOGO! This place is fantastic. Excellent service, great wine, and the chocolate is superb. It’s a bit tough to find(in the back of an industrial park) but once you enter the tasting room all is forgiven. Best part? One of the only female wine makers in SoCal.

Brittany is amazing! You wouldn’t know it, but she is an incredible maker of wine! I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience and tasting. I would suggest the Muscat and Malbec; you won’t be disappointed!

First off this place is adorable. I loved the whole setting, the décor was so cute and ambiance on point. The only reason I gave it a 3⁄5 is the quietness we experience when my girls and I arrived here. We found this place through a GroupOn deal for my friend’s birthday. This was our first stop for the day. Like I said, this place was very cute, and homey. However the place was quiet. I forgot the name of the lady that was working. She was very nice. We got seated, and was served our chocolate, which I loved. Overall, I like the wine, especially with the chocolate pairing. What I didn’t like was the quietness of the place. My friends and I tried our best to have fun conversations, and get to know the owner, but it seemed like she was more occupied with setting tables up, and cleaning. Also we were short 1 person for the tasting, so I thought we were going to get more, portion wise on the wine. Which she told us, she was giving us more than usual. Didn’t really look like it though when I was comparing it with other customers that were there. We unfortunately stayed at this place not more than 30 minutes, and went to our next stop. This was my first ever wine tasting ever, so I was kind of disappointed with this place.

Hard to find, but a true diamond in the rough. We couldn’t pronounce the name so we kept calling it «Millie Vanilli Winery». The wine is superb, good company, and loved the rustic look. luminarie is my favorite. Save money and become a member…

I just had my birthday there last Saturday with my family, it was spectacular! Brittney was so inviting, she educated us on all her wines and we learned a lot bout the history of wine as well. We brought our own cheese plates so we could taste it with her wines. The tasting was well and my family loved it.

We received the Groupon deal as a gift from our children and we used it late in the afternoon on a Sunday. They are located in a very nondescript business park. We got there a little less then an hour prior to their closing time and could tell they might close up early, but Brittney could not have been more inviting. She was very patient with describing each flight, answering each of our questions and giving us her bio. The wines are very good and the paring with the chocolate was very good. The wines are on the pricey side, but well worth it. If you are in the area, you need to stop by.

Absolutely as good as it gets. Brittany is brilliant and does amazing things with wine, food and art. My wife and I attended a special dinner last week that was hosted by Millesime Cellars and Pedalers Fork from Calabasas. Chef Dan and Brittany pulled out all the stops for a remarkable display of culinary skill and equally matched vintner awesomeness! Brittany’s hard work and passion for the craft shows in everything she does. Yes I have a small crush on her and Brittany’s amazing Cab Franc. I’m a fan of the Bleu Saphir and Lumiere Du Fleur as well. If you are looking for a stainless steel Viognier the Le Jardin is my wife go to. Check her out if you are in Camarillo.

I have loved Millesime Cellars from the first day we walked through the doors. Brittney and Darren are awesome. They have really done an excellent job on the tasting room too! It looks amazing! The wine… perfect. Brittney puts so much thought and effort into everything. She is extremely talented. Her port is ridiculously delicious! I wasn’t a huge fan of port until I had Millesime Cellars. I highly recommend this wine to any wine lover, you would be missing out if you didn’t give it a try!

Don’t let the business plaza location fool you. The wines at this place are impressive! So much that my girlfriend and I became club members even though we don’t live in California and they don’t deliver to New York(were we live). We decided to visit Millesime Cellars after hearing good things about it from word of mouth. The location was very convenient for us since we were staying in the area, taking a break from the frigid New York winter. I am used to going to wineries and tasting rooms in the Sonoma, Napa, Niagara on the Lake and Finger Lakes regions so when we drove into a business plaza in Camarillo with no vines in sight I was instantly turned off. How good could this place be? …Shame on me, I need to remember not to judge a book by its cover. My mood instantly changed as soon as we walked through the doors, the tasting room is super cute and very nicely decorated. There are interesting pictures on the walls, like a small gallery and a few tables around a lot of barrels, probably their current wine production, since we learned that they make their wine in the same location. We were greeted and served by the wine maker/owner. She was very attentive and friendly. We decided to do a red tasting. After the second wine we knew we were going to have a full glass when done, by the third wine we were debating which bottle to take home with us and by the fourth wine we were considering joining the wine club. Basically after we were done with the tasting we had a glass of our new favorite wine and became wine club members. We were in luck, they had just sent out their wines to the club member so we were able to take 6 bottles with us on the spot, we quickly realized that we needed to buy a bag. Good thing we were flying with SouthWest were up to 4 bags fly for free. For me the Millesime creations are right on point, a lot of full bodies that are strong on the nose and creative on the tongue. My favorite grape is Cabernet Sauvignon so I was very happy to discover this grape blended in high percentage with Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wine that seal the deal for my was the 2008 Blue Saphir.

We were planning a dinner to celebrate the top producers in our company but weren’t really thrilled with the idea of the same old boring steak house venue. These agents are extraordinary so why shouldn’t the evening be as well! Recently we had stumbled upon a little gem of a place — a wine tasting room in Camarillo named Millésimé. We loved the wines and had met the owners — Brittany & Darren, who were so welcoming, easy-going and friendly. It seemed like a lovely little place to hold a dinner that would be different, memorable & special. So we planned a sit down wine-pairing dinner for 20 people. It all came together flawlessly and as we had hoped — it was an evening that everybody thoroughly enjoyed, made them feel special, & still had them talking about it on Monday morning! Brittany & I met to plan the menu and from there she suggested the appropriate wine pairings for each course, coordinated with the chef from a local restaurant — Twenty 88 — who catered the event, and took care of all the details. Upon entering, guests were greeted with a glass of Le Jardin Viognier and escorted through the tasting room out to a tented area where an hors d’oeuvres station was set up and everyone was welcomed. Shortly after, guests were led into the tasting room which is lined with wine barrels and twinkling lights overhead. The rustic tables were set simply yet beautifully. You felt as if you’d been transported to wine country for the evening. Each guest received a printed menu with the paired wines listed. As each course was served, Brittany gave a brief description to our guests of the accompanying wine. It was a lovely transition between courses. We began w an amuse bouche of tuna tartar with ponzu sauce, that was paired with 2011 Merlot. Followed by hand-made butternut squash ravioli in a browned butter & sage sauce. This was paired with 2008 Le Reflexion Syrah. For the main course, the chef served short ribs with peppercorn fig reduction over manchego risotto accompanied by pancetta brussel sprouts. This course was paired with 2009 Lumiere Du Fleur Bordeaux blend. And to finish we enjoyed a flourless chocolate cake w vanilla ice cream & fresh raspberries, paired with 2009 Millenium Nights Portuguese style The service was impeccable — the timing was perfect. No waiting, yet not rushed. I went into this particular event with an idea of the menu I wanted served, however I would have every confidence to call Brittany with just a date, headcount & a budget, and know that the event would be amazing! I highly recommend you consider Millésimé for your event if you are looking for something extraordinary that will leave your guests saying«now that was a fabulous evening, one that I will never forget(and I wish I’d thought of!!)»…

Like most Ventura County tasting rooms/wineries, this one is in an industrial park. Thankfully, the grapes are not local, but sourced from Santa Ynez and Paso Robles areas. The winemaker consistently created elegant and pretty noses across all five wines we tried, but the experience diminished with a lesser body and even lesser, thin finish. Most reds are steeply priced around $ 50 per bottle. The tasting fee was $ 12.

I got a wine tasting as a gift and was extremely pleased with the experience. It was a very warm and welcoming environment and the pairings were delicious. Very knowledgable wine maker with an impressive background. Ended up buying two bottles after the tasting. Very nice to see someone so passionate about their profession.

I had purchased a voucher for a Barrel Tasting for Two with Five Flights of Wine and Chocolate Pairings from Millésimé Cellars through Living Social. The location was moved from their Westlake location to a new Camarillo location which actually made me happy because I live in Oxnard. I decided to treat my mom to a nice wine tasting experience and so I called the winery and scheduled a time to redeem my voucher. Brittany the owner of the winery greeted us and went right into introducing us to what the experience would be like and walked us through a series of 5 different types of wine paired with chocolate. The wines were amazing and she explained everything I didn’t understand. My mother on the other hand has had more experience and understanding of the making of wine and bought 2 different types for her and my dad.

Exceptional wine and awesome owners. Perhaps the best tastings in the Thousand Oaks area. Small tasting room so don’t expect to fit more than 6 – 8 comfortably.

Hard to find, but well worth it once found! Every wine outdid the next! The winemaker is ultra-creative(culinary arts, photographer, winemaker), and it really shows up in her wines. The wine is pricey(nothing under $ 40.00), but its a definite must try. We will definitely come back and refer friends to check it out.
