Yes this place is pricey for certain items but if your looking for some of the best cookware on the market it will cost $$. I have several items from them and can honestly say the product is outstanding.
If your shopping here it’s for one thing only: you love cooking and want the best when making your dishes at home.

It seems other reviewers are quite excited by this store. I know Le Creuset is super pricy, but dear lord, $ 14 for a normally $ 20 ceramic mug? Holy cow, give me a break. Have found cuter mugs at target for a fraction of the cost. Tiny egg sized cook container was $ 85. Literally wanted to laugh. Sorry, but this is crazy.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there July 4 to buy a braiser. Never approached or attended to. Salesladies were just in 1 group laughing and talking. Left store but went back. Asked for manager and when told about what happened did. not even apologize just said. «OKEY». I hope corporate sees this so they will know what kind of employees they have.

I have been lusting for a Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven for years… I finally decided to splurge on one. I knew that I wanted either a 5 ¼ or 7 ¼ quart.
I called ahead and asked the prices for the pots. The salesperson was so kind and helpful. I wish I remembered her name… Anyways, she listed the 1^st and 2^nd choice pot prices for me. She also told me that there was a 35% sale at the time; so a 2^nd choice 7 ¼ pot would be $ 180. That was good enough for me. I made the 40 minute trip to Camarillo that same day.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly and instantly felt at home. They showed me the collection of round pots and answered all my questions. I asked them for suggestions on which size to buy. They all recommended the 7 quart one.
As for color, I really didn’t have a preference. I was going to go with the Caribbean color… However, the salespeople told me that the Marseilles colored pots were all 50% off! Apparently, it was a special Williams-​Sonoma one, and they stopped producing that color. No problem! That was good enough for me!
For a 7 ¼ quart round pot that was originally $ 330, I got it for $ 166!
I am so, so happy with my purchase! Even though it was 2^nd choice, you really can’t tell. There are tiny scuffs on the top, but that’s about it.
I definitely recommend CALLING before stopping by here, especially if you don’t live close by, like me. Ask for monthly sales and when the best time to buy products are.

amazing, finally a shop with staff that knows their product, no muppets serving you here. I went in to buy a few things for my wife so I only knew my research on the web. Turns out the cast iron set I wanted was tiny in the flesh but hey it was a good price point for todays shop.
If you’re looking for signature this isn’t the place, it’s almost all classic.
After talking to Debbie for at least 10 mins I bought one 5.5 quart and one 4 quart dutch ovens, 2 smaller pots, one 12″ and one 10″ skillets with heatproof handles and a large kettle all in cherry
I bought over 8 items, I got an extra 35% off the already amazing low price.
this shop is amazing and Debbie shows you what’s 2nds and whats 1^st.
definately recommend this shop if looking for Le Creuset at an amazing price you won’t go wrong here. can’t thank Debbie enough.

Upon entering the store, Bonnie was beyond friendly & presented me with great service.
Store was clean, well stocked, & smelled yummy! They tossed oil, garlic, & onion in the crockpot to lure you in ;)
At the end, I walked out with a paella pan & a few stock pots to my collection with an additional 30% off.
This Le Creuset store makes my trip to Camarillo well worth it.

We already own Le Creuset so wanted to visit this store. As soon as we walked in, a friendly saleswoman approached us and asked to help. It wasn’t annoying at all — very friendly and helpful. She complimented our baby.
The merchandise is top notch so great to see a nice outlet store in Camarillo.

The Le Creuset store is the main reason I love the Camarillo Outlets. Most of my visits included the «Buy More, Save More» sale. For instance, if you spend $ 125, then you get 20%. So if you spend a certain amount or buy a certain type of product or color, then you can save as much as 35% off.
I want to buy everything when I enter this store, but my credit card won’t let me. I’m not committed to one color so I have few pieces in flame (orange) and caribbean (turquoise). All the colors complement each other so well that I don’t mind owning the entire Le Creuset color palate. I ended up choosing an 11.75 inch cast iron skillet in cassis (purple) and a garlic keeper that only comes in dune (off white). At this outlet store, they are a bit cheaper than the regular prices but the additional savings are what defines this sale.
This store is great because their staff really know their products very well because they own and use their products. I’m slowly building my Le Creuset collection piece by piece. This is my favorite go to place to do the occasional splurge on cookware that will last.

Although I didn’t purchase anything, the customer service alone was worth 4 stars… Good job. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me.

Love, love, love this outlet. Although they say it’s second grade products, you can still find great finds with almost no flaws on them. I plan on coming back for more goodies! I’m so excited to cook with the braiser I just purchased! It really is a steal!

The staff here are very helpful, attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products, their value and usage. Most times they know off hand the original price and the promotional price and can tell you how long the sale will be. When you call on the phone they are just as friendly and helpful, able to give a quick clear answer to a question. They have a good selection of both cast iron and baking products, and have a table of heavily discounted items in the back of the store to temp you.

This store in the Camarillo Premium Outlets offers multiple colors of the classic Le Creuset cookware in all shapes, sizes, styles, etc.
I love to come in here and pet the cookware, and dream of a future in which my kitchen is HUGE and color-​coordinated and I cook every single day!
