Inspect Pros

I just opened escrow on my home and was informed to get a separate home inspection by my fantastic Realtor. Michele referred INSPECT Pros and we quickly scheduled an inspection of the home I’m buying. The company emailed to confirm the appointment the day before, which was awesome! Mr. Derek Rogers is VERY professional and explained everything he was going to do to make sure the house was up to recent standards and to red flag any issues that he would see. I absolutely loved this because this is the first time I’m going through the home buying process and I’m not 100% sure what I should be worried about or what can wait until I can afford to fix. During the inspection he answered any and all questions my father had and that I had. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area!!! When all was said and done I was explained in detail what to expect and what the issues were. The service was beyond anything and everything I was expecting! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do a home inspection… especially to first time home buyers because they truly explain everything and categorize everything in the order of importance. THANKS GUYS FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!
