Have used Jay and his crew on a few occasions. His prices are more than fair. One plumbing job I had turned out to be a little bit of a nightmare for him (took him much longer than he planned) but he still stuck with his estimate and did not try to jack up the price. A reputable guy.

Very disappointed in this company. I had them come out to give an estimate and Jay was very nice. I gave him a list of things we needed to have done and then he provided a very reasonable quote for the work. I scheduled an appointment for the work to be done and it never happened. First, I was under the impression that Jay would be the one doing the work but he wasn’t the person scheduled. My appointment time was at 1:30 and I had to take time off of work to be at the house (I had previously informed the secretary that I worked). At 1:45 I received a call from the secretary telling me that the person doing the work was late (I obviously already noticed). She told me he would be there by 2:15…NEARLY 1 HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED TIME. At 2:20 the individual still had not arrived. I called and canceled my appointment letting them know I would not be rescheduling. It’s really annoying when people do not respect your time and I would not recommend doing business with these people unless you have the ability to be home whenever it is convenient for the company.
