The people at Golden Images go above and beyond for their customers. I had them working on a piece that has great sentimental value to me, but is just a small silver cross. They were able to adapt the necklace version into a bracelet and then anklet to accommodate my needs and were always willing to work with me. I needed to pick my item up this week before leaving for a long trip, but my work hours are outside of their normal business hours. I was able to leave work a bit early, but the traffic slowed me down. When I called to see if they might e there 5 minutes post closing, the woman there was very pleasant and had no problem helping me. I now have my item with me to take on my trip with no hassle at all. Thank you Golden Image for your amazing customer service! Highly recommended.

A great discovery for anyone looking for the expert jeweler. I called a few places to get a special piece of jewlery sized & most places needed a minimum of two weeks. Glad I called and spoke with Howard, he took his time to evaluate my request & explained the details behind any fine jewlery size process. He definitely made the experience great especially with the same day service, wow! They also sell, make fine jewlery including high fashion men & womens watches. I highly recommend this place to all my friends, It’s a place you need to visit.

I bought my G-​Shock watch from here for Christmas not too long ago. It is a well known item that can be found in other stores. However, I was drawn to write a review because the customer service was amazing. The owner, Howard, is a very personable guy who wants to find the right fit for you, for the right price. He has owned this store for over 30+ years. From reading other reviews, it’s consistent and clear that they have also had a great experience with him. I will definitely be coming back here for when the time comes.

I had to find a good jeweler to repair my wife’s platinum wedding ring that was damaged when she was playing softball. My experience was pleasant and her ring looks like new!
If I need to buy jewelry in the future I am coming here first.

Great costumer service! Went in to get a Citizen watch fixed was taken care of immediately. I had gone to the citizen outlet store and was treated poorly. Definitely the place for custom service and general repair. We will be back

Great experience at Golden Image Jewelers. Had 2 vintage watches that were not working properly even after replacing the batteries. Howard took them to his back workshop and 15 minutes later, I had two working watches. He didn’t even charge me for his time! I have a vintage Rolex that needs cleaning and will bring it in for him to send to his watch specialist for service as soon as I get some $$$. Howard is very knowledgeable on a variety of watch brands. You can’t go wrong taking your watch there.

Howard at GIJ. is the most knowledgeable man around regarding watches. I went in today and he dialed my swiss army watch right in. He spotted the shoddy workmanship I had done to the watch at a place in the T OAKS mall. As he was assisting another customer I learned about Tag Huers and who actually makes them… (THE SAME COMPANY WHO MAKES MY SWISS ARMY WATCH)…I learned about the longevity of specific high end watches… if you have any questions about time pieces… Go to HOWARD… I will take all of my watches to this GURU. and strongly recommend you do the same.

We got our wedding bands here and could not have been happier. Kristin (front) and Howard (jeweler) are just amazing. They are pleasant, professional and great to work with. Most importantly, I trust them. And that’s hard to find in this business. I highly recommend them. They can do custom work too, and hopefully my husband will be back here for our anniversary next year :-)

The guy that runs this place is very friendly and helpful. He was able to change my Movado battery and replace a leather strap in less than 10 min. $ 10 for a battery replacement beats the $ 35 I almost spent at Movado store in the Outlets. I will return to this business.

I’ve been buying items from Golden Image for a while now and I’m going back to give them my business again. I’ve always received a good deal and was treated with respect.
This time I’m going to have them make a ring «to order» and I’m excited to work with them again. If you have work done with Golden Image, you won’t be disappointed.

They charged me $ 10 to remove some links from a watch today. A great deal. Took no more than 5 minutes. Friendly, local, and very good service. Support local businesses, this place is locally owned and is very affordable and friendly.

I went to Golden Image Jewelers to have a couple of links added my Movado watch. I stopped in just after their opening time on a Saturday morning, probably before their first cup of joe. I don’t normally review businesses, but was compelled to because I was so impressed with the level of service Kristen and Howard provided me; especially considering they were doing such a small job for me.
I purchased a Citizen watch from a major jewelry chain store a couple of weeks earlier and, I must say, the difference in service is crystal clear. I wish I’d known about GIJ before going to the other guys. I’ll be stopping in next week to have a small stone replaced in my wedding band. The price they quoted is very fair, even including the rush fee I’ll be paying to have it done while I wait.
There are a number of Jewelry stores closer to me, but I’ve found ‘my’ jeweler… GIJ.

Golden Image Jewelers is the wonderful find! I recently had the main diamond in a ring fall out because of 2 broken prongs. After consulting Unilocal,I decided to give Golden Image a try. I didn’t even know it existed in that shopping center. Howard and his staff are amazing. After looking at the ring, Howard explained why the prongs broke and offered 3 ways of fixing the setting. I decided to replace the prongs in platinum so I wouldn’t have a problem again. I kept the main stone until Howard had the prongs replaced and then he set the stone while I waited. I enjoyed looking at his Chamilia line and chatting with his staff while he finished up on my ring. The ring looked amazing. I was thrilled! While chatting with his staff I learned they also have a computer program that allows you to design your own ring. I am looking forward to giving that a try. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Howard and his staff. Thank you Howard. :)

I went in to get my beloved watch batteries replaced and they were beyond nice! They got it done in 5 minutes and it was done for a low price.

What a wonderful little shop! I would’ve never known they were there if I hadn’t read my «junk» mail! I found a coupon for a free bracelet (Chamilia) and since I haven’t yet really gotten into the whole modern «charm» scene (I used to have a more traditional one ages ago) I thought I’d check it out.
Definitely a great little shop, I had a good time checking out the huge array of charms for my new bracelet and a really nice lady (I’m sorry I can’t rem her name) helped me to put it all together. I’m wearing it now actually, I like the way it looks layered with my other bracelets. If you’re into charms and bracelets, you have to check out their collection!
I also think they would be AWESOME for repairs when you need them. I actually just took a fun kind of fashion-​y silver bracelet in there to ask about repairing it. The jeweler definitely knows how to best fix things to not only make them whole again, but to keep their aesthetic. Unfortunately, due to the design of my bracelet, the cost to repair it would be quite substantial… so I’m thinking about it. I’ll probably end up repurposing it into a pendant that won’t get too much wear on its delicate joints. I appreciated their time in considering how to best fix it, and their honesty in quoting a ballpark figure. That definitely makes me comfortable in the future coming in and requesting repairs. (And for future purchases!)
Did I mention they have a wonderful selection of pearls? :) You can even find carved ones there for your charm bracelet… never seen those before! Thanks, Golden Image! You’re definitely a gem worth keeping!

My wife and I just celebrated our 5 year anniversary and it got me thinking about the great job that Howard did making our rings. They used to be located in the Janss mall in T.O. but have since moved. We had found a design that we liked but that was way out of our budget. Luckily Howard was able to create an amazing set of matching wedding rings for both of us. We still get compliments on how great our rings look. If you have some custom work that needs to be done, make sure that you give Howard a ring. Yes the pun was intended.
