Just recently started renting a house through GCPM and Ted has been wonderful to work with. The house is amazing and he has been so helpful through this process. It all happened very quickly and efficiently. So far, so good!

No, this is the right place. I moved just recently to Ventura and was considering this company, only to find the website stating one thing and the person on the phone stated another. Needless to say, I did not use them.

Had many problems dealing with Gold Coast, they did not return my calls, did not return tenant calls, made promises they did not keep. Poor management company. After reporting this company to the BBB and Unilocal I was reimbursed by Gold Coast for a portion of the monetary loses incured by this company.

Really a great company. Very responsible and professional. I’ve had nothing but great service and follow-​thru in my long standing relationship with them. I highly recommend the staff and service of GCPM.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am currently renting from this company and everything was great from the moment they sealed the deal on the home. They will not make any repairs unless they deem it worthy, I practically paid outve my own pocket and fixed broken sprinkler heads myself because they would never return any phone calls about the issue. If you have any issues with the home you rent they will NEVER EVER answer your phone and if you leave messages they will NEVER return your phone call. I had my sink break down twice and it was impossible to contact them about it and when they finally sent someone to repair it. The utilities man said they couldn’t even get a hold of the company to give them the quote for the damage repair cost! These guys at Gold Coast are so cheap! I feel sorry for the owner of the house who probably doesnt have a clue of what is happening at his home! MY next step is to report this company to BBB and I highly encourage anyone to never rent from them. Don’t let yourself be fooled people!
