I needed carpet replaced in my apartment and had looked at the «big box» stores but felt like they were «nickel and dime-ing» the job to make it way more expensive than their «special deal» implied. I gave Ryan a call and he sent Kyle, the carpet specialist, to measure and estimate the job. Great! Very professional and told me exactly how much carpet to get and suggested some excellent local warehouse sources. He also determined that the existing padding was in good shape and some of the other existing stuff could be re-used. No pressure and up-sell like at the big retailers.
The new carpet was efficiently and beautifully installed and I felt like Formula HS did a great job a a fair price. I will definitely call them again when I need floor work!
