Etcetera Medical Group provides laser hair removal and many other cosmetic procedures. They have several office locations; Camarillo being one of them. I had purchased a laser hair removal package from the Camarillo office.
There, I was quoted incorrectly 3 different times for a treatment. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and treated me poorly. I spent close to $ 1000 for treatments and the office manager still had the audacity to tell me «You are confusing yourself» and «You are wrong. You are angry because you are not getting what you want.» That office has horrible customer service skills. I requested to speak with the owner, which the owner still has not responded.
In addition, the nurse practitioner made me feel completely exposed. The office supplied a robe, but the nurse practitioner would completely remove the robe during treatments. If you have never had laser hair removal before, this is not how the practitioner should conduct treatments.
Finally, I really don’t see a difference with one of the treatments I paid for. Again, I almost paid $ 1000 and I don’t think the treatment worked.
I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
