Customer service??? don’t answer phone. don’t answer emails. battery ordered a few months ago is dead dead dead. needs replacing. does this place even exist???

Horrible experience. Bought laptop battery. It arrived soon enough in good packaging. Battery turned out to be defective(power indicator button didn’t work and it would not charge properly, nor keep a charge for long. Had to pay shipping to return it. Waited for weeks for the new one. The company would not contact me, as they said they would, to let me know the status of my order. I had to keep calling over the course of weeks turning into months. Each time I got a slightly different excuse as to why they could not send my replacement, without apparent concern that I needed this battery now. Finally gave up and asked for a refund and person with customer service said, somewhat rudely, «fine, I’ll send you a refund». Waited a week or so and saw Nothing come back through my credit card. Called again ready to threaten action when they finally gave me my money back. Yucky experience still lingers as one of my worst ever. This is my second post on this incident. Apparently my first one was taken down.

Yeah, I have to rate this place as poor customer service. I want to be their customer and give them money! Yet, when I couldn’t find the battery for my Gateway NV55S15U laptop on their battery list I emailed them asking if one of the other NV55 batteries would fit. Never got an answer!!! After no answer, I completed the information form on their site that they say they will research. Again no answer. I’ve bought other batteries from them before with no problem, but their indifference in this matter is unacceptable. Listen up, owner-when you ask a customer to complete a form and/or e mail you, you need to respond.
