Matt was great. He helped us understand the costs and was very patient while I got competing quotes. In the end, Castle was half the price of their nearest competitor and the equipment is state-​of-​the-​art. Their installation crew was quick and professional. I had no issues giving them the key to my house. To this day, nearly a year later, I still find aspects of their work that make me say, «Damn, they really did this right.» If you want to be sold inferior products and service at a grossly inflated price, call someone else. If you want a superior system, installation and support, then call Castle NOW.

Love, love my experience with castle air!!! In 2010 we knew we would at some point need to replace our furnace and add an AC unit. We received a quote from another local company «The Orange company» and were blown away at the $ 13,000 quote we got from them. Almost 5 years later the furnace finally died and we needed to get it done! A family had referred us to Castle Air and the Quote was almost half the price. I couldn’t ask for a more honest company!

Castle Air replaced our flexible ducting in our home about 4 years ago. We got 2 bids and theirs was very competitive. The job was done well in one day. Very professional and friendly, started on time and cleaned up after.
So when this weather began to get brutal, my neighbor and I decided to get bids for central air and called Castle Air. One of the owners, Matt came out assessed our needs and followed up a day or two later with a written bid. Again, a very fair and competitive price. My neighbor had hers installed in the fall and we had ours installed this spring just in time for the hot summer. Our installation was done in 1 ½ days. Again, professional, great air flow, quiet unit, works like a charm. I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Air to anyone.

We recently moved into our home and though the home was built in 2006 there was a problem with the air flow in the heating and air system. Castle Air was a day or so in getting back to me but once the appointment was made Jose arrived early and had the problem sorted out in a little over an hour. The price was very fair and I’m a happy camper!
