I will never purchase anything else from this place. My husband purchased a refrigerator haven’t had the dam thing 2 weeks and the freaking timer goes out. Called to get a tech to come out lazy so and so’s didn’t want to come out to service. The worse customer service! Rude delivery men! And lazy services techs. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re looking for appliances that will only last a couple weeks.

I got a refrigerator from here back in February, it has never worked that well the people that dropped it off we’re not professional at all. Now I have roaches in my kitchen, just had to pay over $ 1000 to get my house fumigated to get rid of the roaches that came out of the refrigerator and there was eggs still in it. I will definitely get my point across and I will keep posting bad reviews on every site this store is on…

The technician Moe, called me to see if he could come earlier for our scheduled appointment I said yes. He was prompt and explained what he was doing and what my problem was with my stove. He told me how much it would cost to fix. He made sure everything was put back in place and gave me a few options about what could be done for my stove problem. Moe was very helpful. The service he provided was great. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family for service to their appliances.
