By far the best pizza I have had on the south side.(I might even say the best outside of Italy) Pizza done the right way with authentic high quality ingredients. Highly recommend and I will definitely be visiting often!

This place is terrible. I ordered a Gyro with extra sauce and I’m still trying to find the meat. For $ 7.99($ 1.00) for extra sauce, which was totally flavorless. The gyro meat was hard and it too, was flavorless. The employees could be whole friendlier as well. Customers are the people who keep you in business and pay your paycheck. If you want a Gyro, skip this place amd go to Nicky’s down the street on Sibley.

0 stars if possible. Horrible delivery and order process. I placed an online order around 9:15pm. The confirmation said to expect delivery by 10:03 pm. I called at 11:02 pm because there was still no pizza. They said they called me to check something and received no answer(I believed they called though I didn’t receive any calls. But why do you have to call anyway?). Mind you, my pizza and tip is already prepaid(online). I spoke with them they said the delivery driver should be on their way. Almost an hour later, 54 minutes to be exact, I called back in and she tells me that the driver was confused and that she’ll send him back out and give me a $ 5 credit for the inconvenience towards my next purchase. Multiple issues here: 1st who wants a pizza that’s been sitting for over 2 ½ hours. 2nd how can I be sure that you’ll get it right this time after the first 2 failed attempts, what will the next excuse be? 3rd a $ 5 credit helps you, not me, it helps you to ensure that I will frequent your business again when I assure you that I will not nor will I allow my friends and family to do it either. This is unacceptable for pre-paid service. I hope they process my refund correctly because I’m exhausted with dealing with them and I really don’t want to be «that customer». All of this has just taken place 5 minutes ago. I wanted to write fresh from the incident. If there is an issue with my refund or I’m given the run around, stalled or «forced» to take food instead, there will definitely be a follow up review. Stay tuned. Sincerely, Hunger Pangs

I give them 1 star for several reasons. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and the food is not that great. But mostly because of this last incident. I placed an order for delivery and they got my order incorrect. I called back to let them know it was incorrect, and they said don’t touch the incorrect order and they will send me my corrected order. So I waited, and they sent me the EXACT same thing as before that was incorrect. Now at this point I’m a bit frustrated because after speaking with the phone rep before the second order, I specifically pointed her to the pizza I was referring to on the menu to make sure she had the right item. So the manager gets on the phone and tells me that I have to specify which pizza I was referring to(which I did). He says they will send the correct pizza a 3rd time, but at this point I had to leave to go out of town, and I couldn’t wait any longer. So they said they would give me a credit. When I called in to redeem my credit a week later, saying that I would pick the order up, they told me they wouldn’t do it and would no longer deliver to my house anymore because of that incident and 2 others that happened before. You can imagine my surprise, because this was the first time this has happened to me, and I kindly let him know that. The manager was extremely rude and short with me when I was trying to seek an explanation. I could only gather that they made the mistake but won’t deliver to me because of their incompetence. I politely let him know they had very bad customer service and said goodbye.

I give 5 stars for the pizza and wings. They’re the best! BUT, give 0 stars for customer service and delivery. For some reason, the last 3 times I’ve ordered food for delivery, they’ll give me a time frame of an hour, but I’ll get it in 2 hours after calling constantly, it seems like they forgot my order! And last time, not only did my food come an 1:45 later, but it was not complete. Half my order was missing! So i called and they offered me a credit for next time. So today I personally went to get carry out so I’m not waiting for 2 hours and tried to use my credit and they did not honor it. The owner or manager was rude and acted like I just wanted some free food.
