Taco Bell

I have been suckered in so many times with this hell hole, that I finally stopped myself and thought, «what the heck am I doing?» Rude staff. Rude managers. Awful food. Long waits. Bad order taking. The list can go on. The last time I was there it took over 40 minutes to complete our order. Someone from my office ordered those cinnamon bites, so they explained that it would take time. Time for what? They were soaked in grease and burned. The manager had gloves on with her cell phone sticking out of her front pocket on the steam table. She was preparing food and grabbing her cell phone to stare at it before going back to slopping food on the shells. I watched her do this consistently. Then a worker came up on the back end of the steam table, maybe to help her?, and she throws an empty stainless steel container at him yelling that he can clean that up. The cashier was clumsy and strange. She may have been new, but had absolutely no idea what she was doing and one of the employees she kept asking for assistance from was enraged and slamming crap around. The shells for the burritos are always torn and have ingredients that are not part of what was ordered stuck to the outside of the burrito. The burritos are never made the same either. A five layer burrito never had the same ingredients each time I came. Sometimes it had cheese and sometimes it didn’t. Sometimes it had beans and sometimes no. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR GOD SAKES!

Worst Taco Bell on earth. Messed up my simple order twice and the food looked like it was prepared by a child. Terrible service and food. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Yes, it is dreadfully slow at lunch, sadly. I will say in my experience they at least give you a good amount of ingredients on your food, unlike many TB’s where you hardly see any «beef» on them.

Takes a million years for them to put a crappy order together. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Awful, simply awful. I hate this Taco Bell. It seriously takes them like 20 minutes to get an order done and it’s usually not even that good. I stopped going to this Taco Bell just for that reason.

Ugh. I had such a hankering for this today & was very dissapointed. This is a bad location just for the fact that it’s a very busy intersection. I had to do a U-​turn to get there. THEN I sat in the line at the drive through for about 10 minutes. I thought this was FAST food. I was 30 minutes late to school because of this & I had to eat my crunchwrap supreme in the car & got it on my pants.
