I took my ring in to be cleaned and checked during the Christmas holidays and I felt like I was being held hostage while my ring was being cleaned. The sales team was relentless! I said NO in every possible way I knew how and they would not accept it. I was told I needed to upgrade my ring I just purchased from them 2 years ago. I was traumatized to the point of calling their corporate office. They would not give up!!! I had to wait and listen to the never ending sales pitch because they had my rings. Unbelievable! The sale team is a bunch of hungry wolves! When it reaches that point it’s not sales It’s harassment. I’m taking my rings to another location for the next cleaning. Still trying to regroup. If a customer says No they are not interested leave it at that.

Worst customer service ever !!! I bought a diamond and When I went to pick it up it had a HUGE scratch in it .they tried to convince me that was the diamond I purchased but why would spend money for such a obvious flaw I do not trust them and they NEVEREVER return call they say they’re district manager is inaccessible… really …is this how you run a successful business?
