Purchased a new Queen bed a few weeks ago, salesman/store manager Jeremy was very helpful. Very happy with our purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel like this store went out of its way to make buying a bed the most miserable experience ever. so much went wrong that I would have to write a book, so I will just write a list instead, in order of frustration: 1) within 1 month my box spring was cracked down the middle. 2) I didn’t notice the box spring at first so I assumed it was the mattress, when I called the store and requested a replacement they stated I needed to pay $ 75 for an inspection and I would have to wait a few weeks. when I refused he told me to call back for manager. at least the manager was semi-component and agreed to send a new mattress after 30 days, because a huge circle sag in the middle of the mattress could be a body imprint and go away after the bed is broken in. So I had to sleep on the most uncomfortable mattress on the planet for 30 days. 3) I told the guy from the store 3 times that I had to work and that I could’t take A delivery before 5pm. the delivery truck came at 12pm and they wouldn’t give my mother the box spring with out the $ 50 delivery charge. They didn’t come back til after 9pm. 4) I ordered 3 beds, 1 for myself and 2 for my sister. I just found out that the delivery people screwed up my order. they put the queen frame on my full bed. So i had to drive to Chicago and switch the frames. so in the end I didn’t get free delivery and we had to put all the beds together ourselves. I hate this store I WILLNEVERBUYANYTHINGFROMTHEBEDDINGEXPERTSAGAIN.
