I am a regular client of Sheila and highly recommend her hot stone massage. She combines hot stones, hot towels, and essential oils with her amazing massage techniques that takes me to a state of total relaxation. This last session, I was the grateful recipient of some energy work that moved me spiritually. Her prices are also great for the area. The studio is located above a salon a few minutes from downtown Calistoga with easy parking. Go on treat yourself, you deserve it and you won’t be disappointed!
