NIX Professional Restoration

I had this company out tonight to look at a major water leak in my East Highland home. I have had 2 other companies out that do the same work. I have to say that they are super professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I am hiring them to complete the job and will be posting an update of the outcome. Please consider getting these guys to quote your repair needs. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! They are very professional and compassionate. My husband and I were stressed out when we had to call them but they showed up quickly and were very kind. They got to work immediately to prevent any further water damage and worked so well with our homeowners insurance I did not have to do much of anything. I got all the information to them and Laurie in the office took care of getting the estimates submitted and checks issued. I loved that they were able yo navigate all of that for me. Tye was the project manager for us and he was so easy to communicate with and offered alot of feedback and gave us alot of options. He was very organized and easy to reach whenever we had a question or concern or idea. The crew that came to the house were always so professional and they did an amazing job. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. We even had a baby shower coming up and they worked extra hard for us to get it all done in time for that. I hope I never need them again but if I do I would not hesitate to call them back! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had damage in their home and needs a great contractor.

During a recent water pipe busting in our home, Nix came in to assist our family. I can not thank them enough for the extreme professionalism they showed. They explained everything step by step. Their clean up was so clean and precise. Their scheduler was so kind and compassionate. They made sure to schedule everything in such a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Nix’s by my insurance company, Allstate, after I had a plumbing flood in my house. I didnt know where to start. Ty is the project manager assigned to my job. He had a team out within an hour, of which 45 minutes of that was drive time. They have done the initial part of work without going overboard or doing unnecessary things just to add to the bill. He has been kind and professional on the phone answering all of my questions with great expertise. He will be working with the insurance adjuster to get an accurate estimate for the damages. This job is still a work in progress but so far I have been completely satisfied. More to come!
