What a find! Totally tripped upon this spot heading through. Miss Wilma let us in at 7:00 on the nose and was so very patient with us! The popcorn is amazing and we loved listening to praise music while we sampled and tried to decide on our SEVEN flavors(how anyone can pick one is beyond me!). Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Having a buy three get one free special right now. We bought dill pickle, hot wing and blue cheese, loaded baked potato and salted caramel.

Avoid the buttered variety. It is bland and has little salt on it. The parmesan garlic was very good and the Chicago mix, even better.

I saw a billboard while driving to TN. I really didn’t expect much but wanted to drop in anyways. Omgosh are we glad we did. Not only did we walk about with about 6 bags for ourselves we bought a bags for this couples group we belong too. Yuuuummmmm

Could not use a gift card because the employee did not activate it correctly. Customer service refused to do anything about it. Not sure if I can even call it customer service since there isn’t a number to the corporate office you can call. You just waste an inordinate amount of time playing phone tag. Beware when purchasing gift cards from this place. Make sure you keep your receipt. Otherwise, your amount could ‘dissapear’. I’m so glad Garrett’s Chicago popcorn has opened in Lenox. I will be spending my hard earned money there instead.

After getting a little punchy after several hours of driving, we spotted a billboard on the interstate advertising Popcorn Haven. My daughter and I quickly decided that we would stop. After struggling with our GPS and its oddball directions, we figured that while the shop had an address on Belmont, it is actually located in a strip mall off to the right. If you see the AT&T store, you’re in the right place. The folks working here are wonderful! Because you can only taste three flavors, we had several questions, but she was so patient and answered all of our inquiries – most of which started with, «What does the _____taste like?» :) She also had a great sense of humor and laughed along with us, as we tried to narrow our choices from a unbelievably large selection. When we were there, they were running a great special – buy three bags(junior size and up) and get one free. My daughter paid for her own and selected Cotton Candy and a split bag of Hot Wings and Salt & Vinegar. For the rest of the family, I purchased Caramel Sea Salt, Bacon & Cheddar, Banana Pudding, Dill Pickle, Caramel Cashew, and Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper. They were all delicious! When we got home and shared, my husband couldn’t believe that the banana pudding actually had bits of vanilla wafers in it! The flavors were so «real” – nothing tasted fake. We highly recommend getting off of the highway for Popcorn Haven. And you if aren’t in the area, place an online order. As finals week approaches for my daughter and her roommate, I will be ordering more popcorn and having it shipped. This place is amazing!

Pretty sure they left out an «e» and it really should read Popcorn HEAVEN! I had a long road trip ahead of me and thought I would break up the time by pulling off the Calhoun exit to visit this place. It is a bit smaller than expected on the inside, as the popcorn tubs behind the counter take up most of the space. They have every flavor of popcorn imaginable from Blueberry Cobbler to Buffalo Wings. I asked what the favorite was and the woman working there said it was hands down«Haven’s Best» which is a combo of cheese and caramel flavors(stay with me here). If you’ve ever had the famous Garrett’s Popcorn from Chicago then you know how well those two flavors mix. I got the jr. sized bag for about $ 7 which was more than enough as the flavor is very rich. It is a good deal more messy than Garrett’s, but perfectly delicious. The large popped kernels pack a lot of crunch as well. Definitely making this a routine stop on my travels up north. Oh and it doesn’t hurt that it is on the same exit as the outlet shops!

On a massive Nashville to ATL to NC trip, our family needed a break so the sign advertising 250 Flavors of Popcorn! on the highway seemed like just the trick to perk up the troops. Truth be told, I’m not convinced there were 250 flavors… but there are at least 150, and I’d be down for trying a solid 100. Yes, you can get steak and BLT flavored popcorn here, and we did, but frankly the standouts were ones the kids loved of root beer, cola, M & M and coconut almond joy. I was sadly disappointed in what should have been a no brainer — garlic parmesan. It was chewy and old tasting and overly garlic(like REALLY overly garlic!). I bought about 8 mini bags and my dil pickle loving buddy was loving her present. More of a novelty than anything I’d crave, this was a solid choice and worth a fun trip. The staff was sweet and very patient too and their couch lounge made a welcome break while she crawled thru the place putting our bags together.

This place is legit. When we saw the billboard, I was thinking it was some cheesy, tourist oriented place so I didn’t expect much. We were on our way through GA with time to kill so we decided to stop. We left delighted and impressed with about $ 30 worth of premium corn. Contrary to other reviews, this place must have redecorated or taken down the Christian memorabilia mentioned in other reviews, I didn’t see anything of the sort. Store is small and modern in a shopping center. Its clean and air conditioned. They have a sitting area where you can enjoy your popcorn while you watch one of the flatscreen TV’s or surf the web with the FREEWIFI. Employees were polite, freindly and patient. They answered all our un-educated popcorn questions. We tried several flavors but settled on old favorites, caramel and white cheddar. Over 250 flavors of popcorn and, yes, they do taste tests. And, yes, the varieties taste exactly like their name, not just close. Strawberry cheesecake tastes like strawberry cheesecake with the texture of popcorn. It’s like Jelly Belly jelly beans, you think«there’s no way a jelly bean can taste like buttered popcorn». Then you eat it, there’s a party in your mouth and your mind is blown. They have several sizes and prices vary, depending on the variety, from about $ 3 for a tiny, snack size bag up to around $ 50 for an extra large party size.

As a huge fan of crazy-flavored popcorn, I was sorely disappointed when I visited Popcorn Haven around a year ago. Perhaps if I hadn’t been bombarded with Bible verses and super-Christian rhetoric at the door, I would have been able to enjoy the popcorn I was so looking forward to. I tried the caramel cheddar and a few savory flavors, but I wasn’t that impressed. I think I can do a better job flavoring popcorn with what’s in my spice cabinet – without all of the unnecessary salt and sugar. I’m usually not so dramatic, but I’d rather burn in the depths of Hell than return to Popcorn Haven.

OMG, look at all the popcorn! There are more varieties than they can list and they really do taste like what they are labled as. They have a website and I plan on buying Christmas presents from there. The only thing that turned me off a little is all of the uberChristian decorations and slogans. We stopped here on our way back from Atlanta, Ga and snacked on popcorn for our 6+ hour drive :)

Lots of flavors to choose from. Some of our favorites were the Oreo cheesecake, white chocolate peppermint, and caramel/cheddar. Got the cotton candy popcorn, but after a few bites it became too sugar-intense for me. Would go again on my next trip through.

I’m sure other towns have unique places like Popcorn Haven, but this establishment stands alone in Calhoun. Boasting over 100 flavors, the options here are a little overwhelming. They range from cheesy to sweet to a combination of the two. For example, they have flavors like mango, key lime, strawberry cheesecake, snickers, oreo, and blackberry cobbler. There are also several sizes to choose from: mini, junior, small, medium, large, extra large, and party. In one corner of the store are gift tins for special occasions, too. After many questions and a few samples(you can try a kernel of up to three different flavors), I ordered three minis. I usually like cheesy popcorn, so I ordered the pizza flavor. It actually tasted like a combination of cheese and, oddly, tomato sauce. It wasn’t bad, but it was my least favorite of the ones I chose. Next, I tried the«Haven’s Best,» which was caramel popcorn coated in cheddar. The layers of sweet and savory were surprisingly tasty. Finally, I ordered the caramel toffee almond. It was soooo good! I think this flavor best suits their slogan: «A Taste from Heaven.» Three options down, 97+ to go…
