I have been eating here since 1982! Always fresh and consistent. Every city needs to have a place that everyone goes to. When I travel to this area I only go here, for either a nice sub or 2 slices, and there bread is always tasty. If it aint broke don’t fix it! Thanks!!!

My husband picked me up a grilled chicken, mozzarella, roasted red pepper & balsamic vinegar on a semolina roll. Absolutely delicious. Need to get sandwiches from there more often.

Excellent sandwiches. Their Roast Beef and Swiss with cole-​slaw is amazing. Keep your local sandwich shops and delis in business, Death to Subway!

Ordered a vegetable pizza and a gluten free pizza.
The vegetable pizza had plenty of veggies, but had canned mushrooms. The pizza itself was ok at best. Throw in canned food, it just doesn’t cut it. Wife wasn’t impressed.
The gluten free pizza was pretty disappointing. The dough was pretty rough. I’ve had plenty of gluten free pizza and this wasn’t close. Head further east on bloomfield ave in Caldwell to get one of the best.
Wouldn’t order pizza here again given all of the good choices in the area.

Coming to this place initially one is not going to be amazed. They did a pretty good attempt at making it look like a barn with all kinds of western stuff. What really keeps me back are the sandwiches that are excellent. I order the special — chicken with mozarella, roasted peppers and balsamic. Ask for it hot.mmm. I also go for the chicken parm that is damn good when asked with a little more cheese love and well done. Trying the chicken parm in other places nearby discouraged me from opting for that sandwich and I am happy to have the craving for it rekindled by P & S Barn (I’m lazy).
The pizza is decent and the wings are delicious due to the yummy sauce they use. I am a repeat customer at this place.

I ordered a pizza from here, and it was one of the most disappointing pies I’ve ever tasted. The dough tasted like cardboard, and there wasn’t any flavor to speak of. It was just so… Bland.
The sandwiches, especially the ones named after local towns, are excellent.

I have ordered pick up and delivery here and I just do not like their pizza.
I tend to like a sweeter sauce like Forte, Russillo, and the former Michael’s used.
I liked the cold subs but, I do not go to a pizzeria for a cold sub.
