Pine Tree Towing & Auto Center

These people are purely nuts! They say they will bill your insurance/​towing, and then when you go to pay your bill, they won’t accept it. They don’t give you a clear estimate of what your charges will be. They charged two hours for labor to determine that a part wasn’t even needed. This place is a joke. I’d give negative stars if I could.

I’m not a habitual 5 star giver, I make places earn each star.
So, here’s what happened. I pulled into the Pilot to scale my load & then parked. I get my scale ticket (it didn’t look good) so I started with the tandems… slid them up 5 holes, kicked the pin and locked them in place. As I was locking them, I heard a loud bang so I got out to investigate. I discovered the airbag assembly on my front axle had blown apart. I call the boss (that went over like a fart in church). Finally, the boss lets me know that Pine Tree would be coming to my rescue. They showed up within an hour… not bad for a service call, assessed the situation, and went straight to work.
They are still working on it, so I wanted to use this time to post a review… cuz it’s hammer down as soon as they are finished.
The guy that answered the phone was nice and got all my info correct the first time. The three guys that showed up are nice and polite and seem to know exactly what they are doing. If you have to break down in Caldwell, OH… call these guys, I doubt you’ll find anybody better.
