Eat here all the time. I have consistently had great food that is fresh and amazing. I have tried everything from simple to gourmet and love it all. Order is always correct. Love the specials and recommend the build your own salad section as well as going in person because they have a lot of daily items not on the menu. Try the stuffed breads with sausage or the hot pepper ones.
Another five stars. Have been doing the wed night dinner and Sunday night one as well $ 34.99 for a tray of food they say serves 4 but is good for 8
Comes with a loaf of bread and salad. Absolutely a great deal and delicious. The eggplant parm to die for. As well as the chicken franchise and Sunday pasta.

I’ve been to Fresco numerous times over the last few weeks. The first time I went the owner, Bobby, gave me a tour and introduced me to the new specials they have for the day. Not only was he great, his staff was wonderful! I’m there at least once per week!

My family and I often come here to pick up stuff for dinner. The food is always amazing. The only reason for the two stars is the service. I ordered what I wanted then looked around a little. When I went up to the counter to pay the lady working was on the phone (not a work call) had to wait at least a minute for her to ask if I was ready to pay even though I had been standing there waiting. She rang me up and I thought it seemed expensive but just left since I was annoyed she was having a personal phone call the whole time. I get all the way home and look at the receipt to realize she charged for each item twice ! So I had to get back in and drive all the way back. Thankfully the manager was there and refunded me the overcharge.

This review is very easy; the food is fresh and good, the service is doing a massive injustice to the store. They seem to not have a clue as to how to make what you order and they look at you like you have no idea what you want! Store has great potential but the service will kill them if not addressed.

The food is beautiful & fresh. The interior is bright, open, & clean. Many vegan & vegetarian options. Cute market area with in-​house packaged foods & other brands (health-​conscious &/​or European brands).

I have been coming to this place the last 3 months and it has changed a lot. The food is amazing. The last 2 visits I can tell there is new management and my orders have been right on. I was there yesterday and The new manager advised me of the new online ordering and gave me a 10% off card because I was a loyal customer, i was impressed. The staff seems happier and its refreshing to see that this place has improved! Good luck to the new manager and his staff!

Wow we had such an awful experience today. This place should be ashamed of themselves. First of all, there’s no one there to take your order, when they come over to you, they make you feel weird about ordering as if you’re in the wrong place or something. Not accommodating at all. I ordered a grilled shrimp salad, it was tiny and barely any shrimp at all. We wait what seemed like forever and there’s no procedures in place. The staff is very disorganized and the guys making the food don’t speak English and they don’t understand the orders. Everyone there looks busy but they’re not actually doing anything. We also ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with prosciutto and balsamic. We got all the way home and there was no chicken. It was just a prosciutto sandwich. So we had to go all the way back and offer the restaurant the opportunity to fix it. They literally took a piece of chicken and stuffed it on top of the sandwich and gave it back to us. They didn’t remake the sandwich. Terrible service, terrible food, we will absolutely never return! How dare this place try to pass themselves off as a nice high end Italian deli. Shame.

Unfortunately this rating is completely about the service as my food never arrived. I ordered food at about 6:30pm the other night, after the run around on the phone they told me my order would arrive in 40 minutes. An hour and twenty minutes later I call back, inquiring about when my order would arrive and they told me the delivery person had left with it and it should be there shortly. Another 45 minutes went by and I called back again, no one answered. They were closed. By 9:30pm (3 hours later) I gave up hoping my dinner would come and made myself something. I called the next day to let a manager aware of this. She was friendly and said she would get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything. I’d save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.

The food was fresh, but the staff was not very helpful nor were they knowledgeable about what was on the menu. The avocado on my wife’s sandwich was not ripe. As for sandwich construction they open the roll as opposed to the way I prefer which is cut the roll down the middle but that’s my own thing.

Even when this place is empty it’s beyond slow. I ordered a salad and it took the woman 15 minutes to make. The actual woman who took my order (assuming the manager or owner) was on the phone the whole time, took my order incorrectly and completely botched the salad. I have tried over and over again and every time my experience is awful. The staff is also incredibly rude.

First off the food is 5 star worthy, when they get your order right. Every single time I order from there is something wrong. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The people there are friendly, but not too bright. They have a real problem with customization. Creating your own salad is a nightmare. They’re way past the excuse of «it’s a new business» You get stuff you don’t want in there, and/​or you don’t get stuff you wanted. Their system is stupid, order a salad here, a sandwich there, soup here, hot foods over there, and you pay in one of 2 spots. The people there have the attitude of «that’s not my job» You’ll have people looking at the hot food and the salad ladies standing there looking at you and not helping cause that’s simply «not their job» When you point out that something is wrong with the order they question you and then blame it on software error, no, it is user error. I really like this place but I shouldn’t have to check my food thoroughly before I walk out the door. Not worth the aggravation and taking 45 minutes out of my day to order 2 salads.

Clean, good variety, and quick. I would give it 5 stars but the older lady, Lisa, at the salad bar skimps on the salad toppings and you end up paying $ 10 for a box of lettuce. Other times I have gotten someone else serving and the salads were great. If I can get good portions with my salad toppings I will be a serious repeat customer, if not then I’ll probably go somewhere else.

I went to fresco today for the first time I had a sandwich which was terrible they threw it together after realizing they either gave mine away or simply forgot my order
And it was all wrong. Definitely tasted just thrown together quick the stuff was all falling out of the roll the chicken was hard. No flavor at all. I also had macaroni and potato salad which wasnt great either. Wont be going back.

Beautfiul space, and great food. I had a vegetarian sandwich with fresh mozzarella, provolone, roasted red pepper, prosciutto, arugula, fired eggplant, and balsamic. You can choose from 4 kind of rolls, which I thought was a nice touch. The prices seemed reasonable for the value. I had half the sandwich for lunch, and ate the rest for a midnight snack. My only complaint is that I really don’t think it needed two kinds of cheese. Mozz is a very subtle flavor, and provolone is pretty sharp. The provolone was a little overpowering. But, I will def go back and get this sandwich again, hold the provolone. I think what I liked most about Fresco is that I could get a high quality sandwich without a long wait. I often feel like in the gourmet italian delis I have to wait forever just get a sandwich on good bread, with quality ingredients. Maybe I was there at an off time, but for me this place was as quick as any Subway, but with a highly superior product. And, they have all kinds of other food to take home and heat up for dinner. Nicely done, Fresco!

It’s clean, it’s attractively and pleasantly laid out, there’s friendly staff, delicious food served in generous portions! Oh … And off street parking!
The salads, I’ve gotten the «make your own» twice, are huge. The selection of add ins is creative and tasty. The greens are organic.

We got the spinach dip, fresh mozzarella, meat balls, sausage & peppers and rice balls.
Super friendly staff. You can try any of the deli food you want before you buy it. Everything was delicious, a true Italian market. We will be back.

I wanted to shop forever! Great «market» selections like jarred pestos and lots of dry pastas. They have a hot bar with great food selections. Everything is fresh and healthy. Breads are brought in from Sorrento Bakery which is the best! This market is what I was expecting when I heard so much about Calandras Italian market… I was let down how small the market part of Calandras is. THIS place is where it’s at.
Can’t wait to go back and try more

This place is amazing and super convenient. You can taste the freshness of the prepared meals with regards to ingredients used and timely fashion that they’re prepared. The fresh mozzarella is very good! I’ve enjoyed the tomato/​mozzarella towers, cutlets, asparagus, rice balls, potato croquettes, Catherine salad, and I think that’s it so far. All the other foods look great as well. This really is a great addition to the area and a plus on the work/​life balance scale since they’re reliable, healthy, quick, and yummy!
