I was very happy to find Windrich. They were extremely helpful and got back to me very quickly. Their advice was invaluable and I definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a city issue.

I had no idea this type of service existed. My family got hit with 5 citations for a garage that we had converted. We thought all the paperwork was taken care of but the city was claiming that it was an illegal conversion. The city was ordering us to tear it down which would have cost an arm and a leg along with the fees they wanted us to pay. I found Windrich group and Zoran was able to give us a report and explain to us exactly what we had to do in order to legalize the garage without having to tear it down. This saved us thousands. If you’re having an issue with an illegal addition in your home and want to get the problem fixed efficiently and professionally, do yourself a favor and call them.

FIRST AND FOREMOST DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ZORAN WINDRICH !!! Cost is $ 2,050 and $ 400 an hour after that. If you already signed up, ask to cancel asap and get your refund asap. Seriously, If you paid with a CC ask for a charge back with your bank.
I just had to do this because he is a SCAM artist. Just like the other reviewer said he will smooth talk you and act like he knows what is going on but he really doesn’t, he’s a lying, deceitful person with less integrity than a lawyer. He wanted to charge $ 400 an hour to sit in traffic and go to downtown LA and sent an invoice for $ 1800. It’s fraud! Don’t believe him go somewhere else. Use someone that has reviews online and ask for references.
