After consulting with three other high end shops concerning some comprehensive and complex maintenance one of my bikes needed, I remembered the bike shop here from dining at the restaurant a couple of times.
The head techs at the other three shops either did not instill confidence that the work completed properly, or that they understood the mechanics, or tried to get me to buy into multi-​year VIP service plans as a prerequisite to having service completed.
I consulted with the head mechanic at Pedalers Shop. He understood what needed to be done right away, and completed the complex work with precision, timely, and at reasonable cost.
Hope that things stay this way in the future here.
