Michelle is wonderful and her facials are top notch! She takes her time with your skin and extractions are not painful. She uses great natural products and also made really helpful suggestions.

I got a Brazilian wax done here and this was by far my best waxing experience I have had yet. The place was so nice and relaxing and Michelle was so sweet. I hate pain and I have extremely sensitive skin and Michelle listened to all my concerns and was able to advise me with which wax would be the best. No bikini or Brazilian wax is enjoy or completely painless but the pain was minimal and for the first time I didn’t have any sort of reaction around my bikini area. She even texted me a couple days after to ask if I had any sensitivity or negative reaction which was really thoughtful of her. I would definitely recommend her for any type of waxing and I will definitely be a regular.

Had sugaring done and Michelle did a superb job! Love her work and the place has a very relaxing vibe. I will definitely be a regular here :)

I have gone to Michelle for a few years. She provides a great combination of a relaxing spa experience with the expertise to really understand what my skin needs. She has also stayed updated on new products on the market. Her prices are reasonable. Last year I started bringing my two teenagers to her. It has been amazing! She has helped to clear up their issues and, most importantly, took the time to teach them about how to take care of their skin. She has even taken phone calls from them when they have issues arise to advise them to what to do. The difference is remarkable. I have referred friends to her and received rave reviews. I had one friend whose daughter went to a dermatologist for years for a stubborn skin condition and she said Michelle was able to resolve the issue at a fraction of the price that she was paying a dermatologist. Love her!

Michelle is awesome. Best eyebrow and bikini wax I’ve ever had. My skin is very sensitive and I’m ALWAYS red and irritated after waxing but not this time. She put some cool soothing magic stuff on afterward and no irritations. I’m going to try a facial next!

Michelle is amazing! I went to her for years when I lived in LA and I miss her so much. She always gives the best facials and really knows how to address your skin’s problem areas. If you need extractions, she is super thorough and properly cleans out your pores. She introduced me to jan marini products, which I also love. Michelle Baser is by far, hands down, the best! I go to her for waxing and facials. She does eyebrows amazing! Michelle is fantastic. I have gone to her for years, dating way back to San Luis Obispo. I have (or had) rosacea and she has used and recommended products for me to use and she really knows her stuff! I won’t tell my age (ok, 60), but you can’t tell because I have no wrinkles and I think it’s because I have a regular appointment that I won’t miss for anything.
