Let me start off by telling you the two people that retained Jeff Sardells services suffer from extreme health conditions one of which is terminal brain cancer. They fired their previous attorney and hired Jeff Sardell the same day as they were intentionally misrepresented. We found Jeff Sardell as his right hand LDA, Joanna Rossine was our friend and assured us Jeff Sardell wouldn’t do to us what are previous attorney had done. It appeared she was right as at our next court appearence Jeff Sardell informed the Judge of our old attorneys wrong doing and intentional negligence and misrepresentation, and was granted the much needed extention to properly preparing for our trial in a foreclosure fraud case that involved the collusion between the Mortgage Broker, Bank Of America, and an investor. Jeff Sardell promised us much needed Discovery, and subpoena witnesses. Needless to say we show up for our trial with absolutely Zero! That’s exactly the position we were in when we hired him.
However we were charge $ 15,000 for work he was «Supposed to Do» but never did. Now remember our «Friend» Joanna Rossine the LDA (Legal Document Assistant)? She had the nerve to charge as a Paralegal $ 75 per hour. Well if you just look up Len Rossine up on Rip off Report, working for Countrywide he lies and overcharges a good customer. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in that family. Should of done my homework I guess. Jeff Sardells own mother passed away from cancer. I know this because upon our first meeting, he relayed that he understood what they were dealing with and that we would be in excellent care. Needless to say we lost the case and as a part of a settlement agreement between us and the investor. We had to pay $ 20,000 dollars to stay in the house 3 more months and he made us drop our federal case which was our only leverage. He did that by terrifying these dying people by threats of being sued further. COLD! Anyway stay far far away from this place.
