Lorin is amazing. I have been going to her for over 3 years. Does my color (I am blond and do highlights) and cut perfect every time. The salon is great. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had my hair done by Lorin in January and I am so pleased with the way my hair turned out. I had been going to the same person for many years and was skeptical but because of a move needed to find someone closer to me. I have received so many compliments on my hair and I will defined be going back. She did exactly what I asked for, made a couple of great suggestions on top of it and was very professional, great personality and highly reccomended!

I’m so happy to have finally found a great stylist in the sfv. I first came to Lorin in October with a picture and she gave me the exact cut I wanted when so many have failed! She thinned out my crazy thick hair beautifully and she’s just so easy to talk to. Just went for a trim today and my hair looks amazing. I’m definitely going to keep going back to her.

Really needed a new look as my hair had been falling out due to a recent surgery. Was recommended to Lorin and she absolutely knows her craft. We spent time discussing options and based upon her recommendation I felt completely comfortable letting her do her thing. The Regency Suite concept where it was just Lorin and myself in her suite felt so personalized. She gave me color, highlights of some kind which I never had, and a GREAT haircut. With my daughter’s wedding approaching this summer, I’m pleased to say I have found my hair stylist and plan on rocking the wedding pictures. As mentioned in other reviews, Lorin is top notch, loves what she does and it shows through her clients 100 percent.

Lorin has done my color before but today she gave me a cut for the first time. As expected, she did a fantastic job. I’ve gone to so many different people in the past; all at top price ranges and highly reviewed but Lorin just topped them all. This girl knows what she’s doing big time.

Lorin is the absolute best! Being a blonde my whole life, it’s tricky to find someone who knows what they’re doing and I’m super picky. I’ve been through plenty of stylists and Lorin does an amazing job with my color and cuts. Not only does she do a great job but she’s fast too! I have a lot of hair that’s pretty long and have spent an entire day in the salon before but Lorin can get it done in a couple hours. She also has very reasonable prices for the fantastic work she does. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had my hair done by Lorin a couple weeks ago and all I can say is she is great! She really listened to what I wanted. I’ve never found a stylist that I’ve liked and kept going back to and now I FINALLY have. :)

I have been to Lorin now 3 times. Once for a haircut and twice for hi lights and low lights. She is amazing! Very rare to have a stylist listen to what you like and to take her time to ask and make sure. When she blow drys my hair and styles it I literally have it look perfect for 3 full days. I gave up a fancy shcmancy Beverly Hills salon for Lorin. :). Go and get a cut or color or extensions or Brazilian Blowout. You will LOVE!

Lorin is amazing! I moved down to LA two years ago from Portland, OR and would typically wait to see my hairstylist back home when I would visit, but recently I was in NEED of a cut and a close colleague referred me to Lorin. After my cut I received so many compliments! She paid attention to the amount I wanted trimmed off and also did a great job styling. I am happy to have Lorin as my new stylist :)

I had my first appointment with Lorin today, she was wonderful and definitely lives up to her five star reviews! She gave me a great medium /​long layered cut with a cute blow-​dry for a really decent price for LA. I have been bouncing around from hair stylist to stylist, not completely happy with the cuts or the prices, but Lorin is someone I’ll keep going to! If you are nervous about getting a new hairstylist, try out Lorin because she asks a lot of questions beforehand and is totally willing to air on the safe side to make sure you are happy (for example, she won’t cut too much off the length if you don’t want her too). She’s really sweet and a great conversationalist too, so it was an overall great experience!
PS– She’s in the Regency Hair salon right next door to Radio Shack. The address is clear on the building, but that could be a helpful hint for you!

Ohhhh Lauren! The girl that keeps my hair looking its absolute best year-​round!
When I first moved to LA 6 years ago, I was hesitant to let anyone touch my hair, so I spent 5 years waiting until I went home to northern California to see my hair stylist up there. As time went on, I realized I needed to find someone closer to where I was living. My boss has beautiful hair and when I asked who kept her hair looking so good, she was eager to share Lorin’s contact information with me. It started with a haircut/​trim, which turned out amazingly and was very reasonably priced. Not long after, I came in for my first color treatment in over 4 years — balayage highlights. I was a little worried and hesitant — I wanted something that was subtle and «natural-​looking», but still noticeable. The finished product looked exactly like I wanted it to and gets even better in between appointments. A year later, I have gotten a little braver and asked for more highlights with a similar tone. I really love that the color she uses fades very slowly into a color that I end up liking even more than my original choice. Very easy to find parking and I really like that she’s in her own salon — I can relax and have more «me» time because I don’t have to listen to 10 – 20 other customers and stylists chatting, washing, blow-​drying, etc. I have sent a few of my friends her way and they have all been very happy with their experiences, as well.
Go see Lorin! You will not regret it!

Just got a balayage from Lorin. I’ve been to countless great hairstylists and colorists but this girl is the bomb dot com. She literally gave me the most gorgeous color I could ask for and her technique was spot on. I have definitely found my new hair girl. Lorin is amazing and won’t disappoint. 10 stars for Lorin! Lorin is amazinggggg, I completely trust her with my hair! She will give you a perfect trim if your trying to grow your hair out or she will revamp your look if your looking for that. And she does a perfect bayalage! I will be back again and again. Love this girl!

Lorin is a hair styling goddess! I left my stylist at the Rossano Ferretti salon in Beverly Hills and switched to her exclusively because of her mad skills. The rates she charges are comparable to other top quality stylists in the area, but the value she adds during her consultations makes her a mandatory consideration for your next appointment.
If you are looking for a top quality men’s haircut in a clean and comfortable environment, look no further. Step your game up and stop going to sports clips or any of the other $ 20 or less barbers you’ve been seeing. Lorin hooks it up and my GF couldn’t be happier.

I just came back from my appointment with Lorin, and I can not find the words to express how happy I am with my hair! I have spent countless hours with over 10 different stylists for the last year trying to achieve the look I want. Every time I left the salon I was disappointed with the results. I was at my wits end when I came across Lorins reviews, and decided to give her a try. She is super sweet (I felt like I was hanging out with a friend), super fast, and beyond talented! She gave me EXACTLY the color and cut I was looking for. She is truly a magician with hair, and is so knowledgeable. And on top of it, her prices are very reasonable. She saved my hair!!! Lorin has provided the highest quality service for years. my hair is about 36″ long, and it’s a nightmare when it comes to taking color. Lorin has never failed, and she’s worked miracles on me. I could not recommend her enough. She’s got years of experience, and her work is top notch. Best, classiest stylist ever.

Not only does this woman have amazing Unilocal reviews, but she goes above and beyond them! Spoke to her very last minute about getting me from dark brunette to blonde and she was able to squeeze me in. When she was done, I had a perfect sandy blonde (no yellow/​orange/​brassiness) and literally NO DAMAGE. Finally found a stylist I can stick with. Go to Lorin, you won’t regret it!

Where ever Lorin goes I am sure to follow because she is the definition of a legit hair stylist. Being as anal as I am with my thin but plentiful type of hair it’s hard to find a professional that won’t give me a mullet. And as anal as I am please note I also do not communicate well with exactly what I want… yes… nightmare client. But that’s what makes Lorin so good at what she does. She knows all types of hair and knows what it will and will not do. Give her a general idea of what you would like and she will ask all the right questions to accomplish your perfect cut, style and color. I must mention that even when my hair grows out and is well overdue for a trim the shape stays even and balanced.
Lorin is a perfect host as well; she offers a beverage before initial consultation and keeps her station clean and tidy. If you’re getting a wash she gives an excellent scalp massage and I must note she rinses and repeats– which is a big deal for me. She uses quality products and based on our conversations she knows her products through and throughout. It seems to me that hair is her life and she enjoys what she does. She knows how to accomplish all the new styles and colorings that exclusive salons offer. Where ever she goes she is sure to succeed and bring in a great presence of clientele– meaning me! Haha!
