Dr Burstein has been our family doctor for last 10 years.
He is competent, confident, knowledgeable. He has the ability to listen, to empathise, to diagnose and treat illness with competence and compassion, and to ensure continued care.
We would recommend DR. Burstein to everybody who looks for a good doctor.

I saw Dr Samuel Burstein today for the first time and loved him and his staff. I waited only 5 minutes to be brought back and 10 minutes for the Doctor. He spent time talking to me and giving me the right referrals. His nurses were very sweet and on top of things. I love his office and am so glad to be his patient.

Dr Samuel Burstein himself is amazing. But his office front desk people are not well mannered. I shouldn’t speak for all of them but this lady called Anna who is apparently just joined the group is rude and not accommodating. She hung up on me 4 times when I told her I need to talk to someone else. Very surprised as kind and caring dr Burstein is how the hell she works there. She refused to book an appointment for me. She was arguing with me and shouting at me… Maybe she thinks she still live in communist Russia…

Doctor Samuel Burnstein is an amazing and caring doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 4 yrs and he’s been the most attentive, intelligent and caring doctor. I’ve had some medical issues with my asthma and he’s able to recommend the proper medications and treatments. No one else was or has been at his level of experience. He’s office is conveniently located in the valley. Thanks Dr. Burnstein for all the medical treatments you have provided.

I wish I could give a lower rating considering how rude Dr. Samuel Burstein is. He is not knowledgeable about many diseases nor medicines. Dr. Samuel Burstein is very unsympathetic and doesn’t understand or listen to the patients’ request. The doctor writes prescriptions for medicines he knows nothing about and how they may affect the patient with other medications. He doesn’t give the time of day for his patients and is only in it for the insurance money. I would advise finding someone else if you actually need help.

I called to schedule an appointment, my had my agent refer me to them.
The woman on the phone simply didn’t have patient, we spoke for 10 min almost and she pretend like she don’t understand what I want I felt she don’t want to help .
Finely she transfer me to someone else much nicer.
I end up cancelling the appointment so didn’t really have experience with them.

I have been going to this doctor for many years! She is amazing. Very attentive, and really cares about her patients. Yes sometimes the wait is long but the people that expect to be seen same day and then complain about the wait are the kind of people that have no understanding of how a business works.
The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and conveniently located off the 101. If you want quality care with a doctor who CARES about your kids, I would highly recommend.
