This place rocks! Karen is such a sweetheart and very talented. She understands my hair concerns. I have thick Latin dry, frizzy hair, and Karen works miracles. I’ve done blonde highlights, back to dark, and more highlights and my hair still looks and feels great. She loves using her creativity and shares her ideas. I’ve been coming to Karen since October 2012. I’ll be doing the Keratin treatment next. She’s very reasonable in price.

I have never been as continually pleased by my monthly haircut as when I visit Karen from Bamboo Salon. I was referred to her by my girlfriend, and while my hair is not a particularly difficult case, I noticed a few things in my very first visit:
1. I was immediately comfortable with Karen
2. It was very clear she knew what she was doing — I ended up giving her very little direction yet my hair never looked so good. Plus, in the past I have had to wait a couple weeks after a haircut to like how it looks. Not anymore!
3. She didn’t try to sell me any product at the end!
I have been back at least a dozen times and would recommend Karen and Bamboo Salon to anyone. Great experience all around.
