Okay, I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt for ethnic cuisine in small(er) towns. Pizza gets no such curve. If you’re making pizza, burgers, etc. and you’re not doing it well, you might want to rethink your thing. Stick to beer. Open a pool hall. Sell snacks. Second verse, same as the first. Lots of people. Cooking for a legion of folks(and doing the resultant dishes) is no fun. Sometimes you just want an easy crowd pleaser. Enter: pizza. Well, so we thought. I appreciate the folks at Gary’s getting our food to us in a reasonable amount of time(the order was larger than a typical Monday night take out) but the quality of the food received… c’mon, guys. The pizza tasted similar to frozen or school cafeteria. My palate was verified by the numerous children who shared this dish with me. These kiddos are currently in school and vouched that, indeed, our fare for the evening reminded them of what they ate when their parents were too rushed to send them to school with a packed lunch. We had a variety of pizzas(meat, supreme, cheese, veggie) and they all shared the same, sad taste. Don’t get me wrong: I am not too good to go to town on a frozen pizza and beer. But, if I’m going to go there, I’m probably not going to spend much cash or time on the meal. I fully realize that in a small(er) town, beggars can’t be choosers. I also recognize that given a limited selection of product, service providers have carte blanche to do as they please. But, I also know that consumers, typically, aren’t happy with either situation. Guys, it’s pizza. I know you can do better. You may not have to… but you should. When ten-year olds would have words with thee, there’s room for improvement.

The first time I ate here was horrible. I was the only customer there and it took them almost half an hour to make my pizza, and when I got it it has barely any toppings, we are talking like whole slices of pizza with ZERO toppings. But I gave it another chance and they actually have me toppings this time, I didn’t even say anything about last time. Highly inconsistent and not very cheerful either.

We came at 11:30, and we were the only customers until we left about 1245 on a Saturday. It is a pole barn building which would be great for a pool tournament, but not the greatest place to eat. The service wasn’t that good. They had the lights off and didn’t turn them on until 5 minutes of siting down. There is an arcade in the back, which was fun, but the air hockey table was terribly broken. Plus, about 4 of the 10 machines were turned off for some reason. The food was subpar, and we got soda that expired a year ago. Everything seemed to be in ill repair, and the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper.

Extremely good pizza, was a surprise after all the other pizza I had in the area. Will definitely eat here again when I’m back this way. Brought my three children, it was before nine … no problem with the bar atmosphere.

Beware if you order from here and they don’t have what you want they will substitute it with something else. When you call to complain the answer will be we thought you would like that. Poor and lazy staff.
