Just bought two comfort bikes for hubby and I from Zach at McLain. Excellent service, got a nice deal on two with a trade in. Took his time working with us as we are not professional riders and are just getting back into riding. Zach even took the time to ride us over to the trail around Lake Cadillac as we were going for a ride right then. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike or service.

Best bike repair shop in northern Michigan. The mechanics are knowledgable, competent and efficient. Customer service couldn’t be any better if they offered to give you a foot massage! Cost of services is extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is fun and inviting the location has easy parking… I would travel 100 miles to bring my bike here for repairs. If you live in northern Michigan and love your bicycle don’t go anywhere else!
