5 stars for this Starbucks in Cabazon. Although the line was long, we were served efficiently and in a very friendly manner. We got exactly what we asked for.

The worst starbucks ever. …bad service 30 min waiting for a latte… long line to. order…and even worse to pick. up…never again I’ll buy at this starbucks. …in cabazon outlets. … even the taste of the latte was awful. …it tasted. Like burned coffee.

This is a Starbucks. Nothing to really say about that. It is located at the outlets, so you can get the expected clientele. There are tons of screaming Mexican children and sock/sandal wearing midwesterners, as well as the occasional set of hipsters. The service was pretty slow, but I will give them that the line never really went down. I ordered a bottle of water, and the cashier pointed to the retail basket in the front dining area. The basket with the sign that read«order a cold bottle with your barista». I attempted to do just that, but there was no cold water. I end up with a room — temperature bottle. Bah. The store was so busy, that tables and seating areas were never cleaned. I had no expectations of grandeur from Starbucks, but this one was the pits.

Way too slow. Didn’t get my order for 20 minutes. Then they gave my order to another guest.

Had to come to this Starbucks the last 2 days I told the cashier I was redeeming my gold member drink. I still got charged, which is whatever I can use it another time. The thing that bothered me was he was too busy talking to a co worker and that’s probably why I got charged for my drink. Today I returned I didn’t get greeted I stood there for a few mins until the cashier walked up to me. The service was extremely slow for the amount of costumers there were in the store. Literally the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to.

This must be a(rare) franchise. Terrible service that knows ONESPEED –S L O W !!! A line that snakes for what feels like miles crawls along at a snails pace while the understaffed crew of 3 move even slower. Filthy store. Terrible service. Eric was one bright spot. He was friendly.

They seriously need to add more employees. I ordered one drink thru the app and said«5−10» mins and I ordered mine on the regular line(@ 7:25pm) and so far we still been waiting for our drinks and its not 7:50pm and still waiting. I don’t mind waiting sometimes but they only had one person at the register and one person making the coffees and the line was out the door.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Only for the fact that some of the staff is rude! First of all the girl Merelly at the register has the worst attitude ever. 3 other customers complained as well. They asked me she gave you attitude too? We tried asking her questions and she looked at us like we’re dumb. I understand it’s busy but because it’s busy she didn’t need to answer rudely or roll her eyes. We asked about a refill because I have the gold card. And as well as which drink being a stronger drink and she rolled her eyes. As a member of the Starbucks gold card it’s disappointing to see staff being so rude, we pay too. We asked Merelly about paying with the app and she gave attitude and said its two transactions. Now secondly, Dakoda was another one, Merelly charged us for the wrong drinks and when we told Dakoda they were cold rather than hot. She got mad and rolled her eyes. I understand it’s busy, but this staff knows it’s always busy and they should get some training to know how to handle the atmosphere. This place very disappointing! Thumbs down.

Didn’t have a pleasant experience at this Starbucks. I understand that this is going to be a very busy shop with an expected line given the location. What I do not understand is why the manager Caitlyn would stand there complaining out loud in front of customers about another staff member, leaving one person to take drink orders and one person to make them with a twenty person line… I get it, your staff member had a copy of the schedule that was outdated and didn’t show up for work, but I don’t need to listen to you complain about it loudly when you’re on the floor. It’s unprofessional and rude. You can be «Sorry, not sorry» with your comments about her in private. I also asked for an iced drink and got a hot drink, but by that time I felt so bad that Anthony was stuck alone making all the drinks, I took it and my husband was kind enough to switch with me. Anthony was doing a great job, very hard working.

My first bad Starbucks experience. Bad customer service and I even received my chicken Santa Fe sandwich broken all up. Had to use a fork to eat it out of the bag. 2 stars, not 1 for friendly attitude at 8AM.

I work at the outlets and everytime Starbucks is super busy they don’t do quality drinks anymore like take your damn time and do what you did before the rush. I will never go again when they are busy they don’t care about measurements or quality and this includes the Starbucks on the other end too! In desert premium outlets!!!

Most painful Starbucks experience ever. Super swamped outlet mall where you can’t find parking. Drop the girlfriend off to run in and out. Took over 25 minutes for a iced coffee and iced espresso!!! Ordered it in less than 5 minutes but took 20 minutes to make. Staff just standing around and taking their time. Both drinks were good, but the service is horrific!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. There was not a long line at the time even though it was hot outside. I saw they had plenty staff which was a good thing. It kept things flowing. I order an orange refresher. I paid using a barcode with my iPhone 6. No problem with the scanner. It was even my first time using it too. About three or four minutes later, I got my drink. There was enough seats for us two, but we decided to walk out and continue shopping.

o7. o4.14 As I mentioned how I wished there was a Starbucks at the Desert Hill outlet because I really needed something to drink! So before we head home, I looked up the closest Starbucks nearby. And here we go, only a minute away. I do agree with some of the Unilocalers that this is also the worst Starbucks I have visited. There was never a Starbucks that takes your order without asking for your name. Well, I guess this one has that exception. But ok fine, maybe there’s an order # on the receipt? Um, nope. Ok then, I guess I’ll just have to listen very carefully, quickly get my drink and bounce. After all, it’s only a black lemon tea or something. I was wrong. I am not sure how long I have waited because it seemed like forever. I would say at least 15 – 20 minutes. Really?! I mean, com’on, it’s only a tea! SMH

Service wasn’t as great as I thought it was going to be. Partner shall be nameless. I ordered a coffee, which we had to wait 3 minutes for but that’s okay since it was fresh. I ordered a tea with zen and refresh and he repeated it back to me and said you want tea? I said yeah. He said, «What’d you want awake and zen?» I repeated the order then he tells me my total. I asked, «Can I order another drink?» Instead of just writing the order down, the worker yelled it out loud and not correctly either. So he kept yelling one thing at a time to the person at the bar. Ah, what a waste of time. Good thing I had a free drink on my card for that one. Shopping was super cold, but I got goodies out of it.

It’s a typical starbucks! We went here to get some latte’s before hitting up Morongo. They got our order right and it was quick and I paid the same overpriced amount for the same basic drink as anywhere else. I have trouble reviewing starbucks’ as I feel like they just multiply and clone each other, even the workers inside. +1 for the workers though, those ladies were quick and nice and got the stuff right!
