Kenneth Whittaker Jr. is hard to put into words but I will try; liar, cheat, tyrant and thief. We have been renting a house form him since 2005 and have never asked him to fix anything for us, and even when we did he never came, anyways he quit paying to mortgage on house in October of 2008, and did not bother to tell us that it was going into foreclosure. The only reason why we found out is because the papers were being sent to our house.
After we decided to move out he began calling and harassing my mother and trying to make her feel bad for not staying in the home. And now that we are moved out he still calls and leaves threatening voice mails on our cell phones saying that we must make the house move in ready. Yea he is going to try and rent it out again. Even though it is in FORECLOSURE and THE BANK OWNS THE HOME. He is going to pocket the deposit money and rent so that he can continue to pay the bills in his own home. DO NOT have anything to do with KENNETH WHITTAKER JR. He is a crook who tries to exploit and take advantage of single parent families.
