Office personnel are fantastic! However, the person mowing my lawn refused to do the backyard based on several piles of dog b.m. Given that I had been out there the night before, I was taken aback at the lack of professionalism. Jason, the manager, told me it was in humane for his workers. What? Several piles in a sizable backyard while on a riding mower? There snowplow service is even more pathetic. You’ve really gone down hill, Jack’s!

Avoid… they are hard to reach and not dependable. I had very poor service and was not treated well as a customer. In fact, they even forgot about us and just didn’t plow once. The issue is still unresolved
