We are new to Collierville area and this was first attempt at finding a groomer for our Golden Retriever. Getting an appointment was rather easy and next day service; however, I think that is because you drop off at 7am and they have all day to groom. It took almost 9 hours to shave him!
Hes an older golden (12 years old) and he gets stressed out being caged so long. We will not be returning!
