Starbucks

This is a very busy Starbucks and is laid out oddly as it is long and narrow but they seem to do the best they can with it. The drive thru appears to do the bulk of the business.
This is not far from my house and I go here occasionally to catch up on work and drink some great coffee.
Why 3 out of 5 stars??? The service level has gone downhill. I think it may be a change in management. There was a manager named Regan or Reagan who seemed to keep things running smoothly. Now it seems like the staff is too busy chatting among themselves to concentrate on getting things right. Just the other day i was there and, if I had a nickel for every drink that was made wrong I could become Howard Schultz’s business partner.
The banter is great but not at the expense of accuracy.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a long time now. I usually get an Americano and then refills of Pike Place. Today at this location, a blond women who appeared to be in her late 30s had a sarcastic and condescending attitude when I asked for Pikeplace refill. She stated it had to be considered a new drink price even though I was using my used cup. It would have made sense if she explained it was a new policy or something but she was just a bitchy snooty type of rude. None of the other Starbucks staff behave this way at any location, anywhere I have been.
I usually have a great experience here but today I didn’t. Such a shame to have a real bad apple amongst a great team of workers.

Starbucks customer service is generally quite good but the Bourne store has the best customer service of any Starbucks. The people go out of their way to be friendly and get your order correct. There’s no comparison between the Bourne and Boston Starbucks I can tell you that for sure! A+

Typical Starbucks. Staff is friendly and makes my drink correct and yummy!!! They have a drive through and a ton of parking. It’s in between both bridges for us, so a great location! Depending on bridge traffic it may be tricky to get in and out of, but better then stopping at dunkins which never seems to make my drink correctly!

Amazing customer service. The workers always smile when talking to you, very helpful. Better than most Starbucks that I have gone too. Also the only Starbucks I have ever seen that has a drive through. The seating area isn’t as big as other locations, can’t really handle groups bigger than 4 but other than that, all around great coffee shop.

When you compare this location with the Davis Straits Bourne location there is no reason why you would go to that Falmouth location (unless you’re stuck there). I am not and will only use Davis Straits for my free drink (Unless someone tells me they get «sales credit» for it.
This location, fires on all cylinders every time, any time I an in there.

This is a good Starbucks, there is no doubt about that. The quality of the product and the staffing is superb, exactly what you would expect. However, it does suffer from one item that too many Starbucks are suffering from and strangely enough many are not and that is the design of the spot, which in this case is rather poor. There are no leather chairs and the whole spot is straight through and not very wide. I know, it is a business, but it looks so far away from the store near the Cape Cod mall that you almost hate to stop there, as wonderful as everything else is.

The reason this gets five stars is because of the customer service. On a recent trip, I witnessed one customer after another be short with a cashier who was working his first weekend. He was flustered, but very polite and trying to please. I would’ve told the rude customers to go take a walk for far less!
They worked as a team. Nobody was lollygagging or complaining about missing a break.
As far as the food and beverage goes — standard Starbucks.

Our last stop getting off the Cape :) The staff is always quick and friendly! And the beverages, well you know that story!

Great customer service and selection of pasties and sandwiches. The people are very friendly. There is also some seating, not a lot, but several tables.

Love it, love it, love it — except for being at the worst spot around for traffic — 5 stars!

LOVE!!! the new drive thru!!! Came in handy today as the inside itself was overwhelmed with dang tourists. I was in and out in minutes, Iced Caramel Macchiato in hand… Woo-​Hoo!
