I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years. I’ve managed a high end spa in CT. I know my products. When you told me you had A Vinylux topcoat I believed you. Vinylux bonds to the nail keratin which is why you do not use a base coat, which you did. Then, when about to put on a topcoat over CND Vinylux, I asked for the right topcoat. There’s only one. I own it. It’s CND Vinylux topcoat. You lied, and applied OPI while covering the bottle with your hand. At checkout you charged me more because I chose a Vinylux polish. I said. you did not use the right topcoat, why are you charging me more? Vinylux won’t last or work without the topcoat. You and and the owner lied again and said you did use the right one. Why? Why charge me more for a lie? Don’t be fooled by the pretty room they work out of. My technician could have cared less about what she was doing. Getting your nails and toes done is a treat, and I like a little pampering at least, for my long week and hard earned money, which I feel you stole from me. This establishment will never have mine or my friends business again.

First time and I’ll be back Danny and Mama gave me a beautiful mani/​pedi. Very clean and attentive.

4 stars for service and quality! The staff is always friendly and polite.
3 – 4 stars for punctuality — the staff comes from Boston and even though hours listed are 10−7pm they often don’t show up until ¹⁰³⁰⁄₁₁₁₅!

I see Danny for eyelash extensions and he’s AWESOME !! He has ALWAYS treated me fairly and does EXCELLENT WORK! I got lots and lots of compliments on the eyelash extensions and I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! 1,000% amazing work and professionalism. Also, I was quoted almost double the price in other salons for the extensions then what Danny (w/​o knowing what I was quoted) charged. Great work!

Awful I will NEVER go back I went in for a gel fill the guy tried putting acrylic powder on my hands I stopped him he said yes this is gel powder, I’m not stupid then he tried to tell me it’s what I have on my nails now, absolutely not I know what I have. He then talked to the owner in the chair next to him and said oh you want liquid gel he had no idea what he was doing and didn’t do all the steps my nails look like crap honest to god I only get the tips painted and you can see all kinds of bubbles and ridges under the clear part which is just polish then the price was $ 10 higher than where I normally go and I paid by card the guy put it in for more money than what it was. Shady shady shady! I normally give places the benefit of the doubt but this was awful, next time I’ll plan ahead and not be in a rush so I can get to my regular salon.

The people here are so friendly and nice. I came in at 9:45 and they were ready for me. On Labor Day!
The nail technician put me on a chair in the perfect temperature water. Then she cleaned her tools right in front of me with alcohol. They even gave my feet a mask and they looked so soft and brand new afterwards. My feet were covered in calluses and peeled skin and dried skin. But she fixed them up and they’re beautiful! Great customer service!
The manicure was also a great treat. It was amazing. She recleaned the tools so cleanliness is not a problem here!
Also the salon is beautiful! I live in Boston and go to the nail salons on newbury street and they are nothing compare to this salon. It is literally the best I’ve been in Mass.

So we made an appointment for 9:30 AM at the Cranberry Highway location. No one arrived until 9:40 AM. I needed a simple manicure — the expectation was that my nails would be cleaned and prepped, one base coat, enough color coat so that the color was even & visible, and a top coat. My nails were not prepped (the clear coat I already had on was not removed). The color was a light cream — applied so thinly that it was invisible. No top coat. Paint chipped & ugly by next morning. Took almost an hour to complete because had to get ready for the day. Waste of time & money.

Wonderful pedicure… very polite and the ambiance was great. They even give out mini bottled waters! I loved it.

Not entirely sure why I went back yet again. Owner is nice enough but seems to in my experience be the only one who can carry a conversation in English.
After the last trip couple of toes were red and sore but didn’t pay much mind as it went away quickly. This time I was more mindful and was less than impressed with their sanitary skills. Wasn’t till my pedi was over did I realized that the tools were wiped not soaked and returned to the bin they came from. Pumice stones were worn out and rinsed in the water my feet were soaked in.
While having my mani again tools weren’t soaking and wiped on a towel. The owner stepped on the mani table top while adjusting the lights and didn’t wash them at least not in the next 15 minutes I was still there.
Services in general are good enough. Like I said conversation with the techs is hit or miss. Prices are reasonable and salon is pleasant. BUT questionable cleanliness is a deal breaker.
