When Clair installed my roof in 2005, I was ecstatic. He seemed very well set up, knowledgable and someone with work integrity. Within a few years, the roof started having leaks. He subcontracts his work and doesn’t really check it. The gentleman he sent out to look at the leaks in 2012 said the work was shoddy and fixed it. I was very happy because he stood by his work. Now the roof is leaking significantly again three years later on a different part of the roof. This time he has sent people to look at it but not fixed it. Avoids calls. My roof isn’t even 10 years old. I have had it looked at by other roofers. The materials of the roof are in perfect shape, it was just the poor workmanship. I am out thousands trying to fix this roof that should have lasted another 25 – 30 years. What started with me totally happy has turned into a very expensive nightmare.
