Use this company if you want to pay 10k for a $ 200 job. Very dishonest company.
I give them one star because the first technician showed up but couldn’t do the work.

Very poor service! Purchased an air conditioner unit (heat pump and air handler) on warranty a few years ago. System developed a leak the first week in May and the problem has yet to be resolved after six visits. Left a voice message with Mr. Ahmad, the branch manager in College Park, and never heard back. The company is short staffed. Yes, I know the summer months are busy, busy, busy, but really – six visits and counting. I would not recommend this company!

These guys are totally useless they unplugged things that lead to the flooding of my entire basement after they were initially called in for a maintenance job. They claimed they were doing me a favor, I asked to speak to the manager twice and nobody ever ever called me back. DO NOT USE United Air Temp, they are horrible. They are simply the worst, just a bunch of hacks.

We had these guys come out 2 days in a row. First, our heating broke and they came out first thing in the morning the next day, they would have come out that night if we wanted to pay extra. They fixed what needed to be fixed and my husband scheduled them for 10:00 am the next day to replace our attic fan. The next day was a Saturday and he specifically told them 10:00am because this is our weekend and we prefer to sleep in. They showed up at 8:45am which I am really not happy about. My husband didn’t bother saying anything, but if they are professionals they should know when they are supposed to be somewhere. I was still asleep, and our attic access is through our bedroom, in our closet. I had to get right out of bed, couldn’t shower or get dressed because they were waiting right outside our bedroom door. So now I can’t do anything until they are finished. I can’t get dressed or shower. Not happy.
