Had the most amazing experience booking out holiday travels through Claire Skies a Travel Agency. Our agent was our coordinator, therapist, friend, confidant and all of the above lol. We booked our trip back in June. Yolande (our agent) made sure she got us the best deal. The amount of time and effort she put forth was indescribable between checking any and every Caribbean locale, accommodations, pricing, food. She made sure she researched everything before booking our vacay according to our standards. We ended up choosing Montego Bay, Jamaica bc they had the best flight options and the best hotels! We kept checking the weather a week before hand and were nervous at the chance of showers. I probably emailed Yolande everyday for reassurance. I felt bad but she was there every step of the way trying to make us feel better (she didn’t have to do that) once we got BWI to start our vacay we decided that we wanted to extend our vacation to Miami once departing Montego Bay. While we were on the flight Yolande called Southwest and made all the arrangements happen (she doesn’t get paid to do any of that). I thought it was so special of her to go that extra like for us considering she wasn’t making a dollar off of us while sitting on the phone with the airlines trying to reroute our tickets while getting us an airline credit at the same time. The customer server was stupendously out of this world. They’ve been in business for over 25 years and are well versed on the travel industry. I can’t wait to book with them again.
