American Sewer Cleaners

Will not be using them again, I used them last year for my rental they did a good job. not so much this year just a little upset that they did the work without calling me first. then the guy left sewage all over the bathroom for my renter to clean up. They also said they cleaned the tub, while my renter told me they hadn’t touched the tub, now I do understand she may not have seen him do it but at the same time they still should have called me to confirm that I wanted both drains done.

After becoming a home owner, I used American Sewer Cleaners a few times. If I wrote the review earlier, I would have given them five stars, however the last time I used them, Chuck came. I would give Chuck a one star. Granted he accomplished fixing the plugged toilet, but he left such a mess, I cannot in good conscience give them a better rating. After he was here, I am afraid to have them out again. He literally left «dirt» flung on the walls and floors. He didn’t want to put caulk around the floor after revealing the toilet. In fact it would have been better and nicer looking if he hadn’t because he got dirt in with the caulk around the toilet so it is disgusting looking. I feel strongly about this because the toilet was new and in place for just a couple of months.
As I said based on previous experience, they would get a five star; but because of Chuck (who merits one star) I compromised with a three star.

The men and women of this business are AMAZING. The speed with which they respond is great. The courtesy of all their staff is AMAZING. The cost of their services is reasonable and fair. I recommend this place whole-​heartedly.
