My elderly dad used Russ Lundin Roofing to replace a quarter of the roof of his split level house, 4.5 squares in roofing terms. The cost was an outrageous $ 16,000! Contractors who assisted us after the fact estimated the job at $ 5000. When asked if he could break down the cost of the roof replacement, Russ was unable. The cost of the plywood to be replaced underneath was $ 450/​4×4 sheet. This is 10 times more than other contractors charge and most use a 4×8 sheet, not 4×4. My strong suggestion is to steer clear of Russ Lundin. He befriended my dad to gain his trust and then took advantage of him. My advice– Get your three estimates! And make sure they get a work permit too if your town/​city requires one!

Seems to have repaired our problem but the appearance of the repair is not pretty. May not recommend for repairs that require an attractive appearance.

Can’t say enough of good things about Russ Lundin Roofing. Very fairly priced, do excellent work, and even guaranteed a chronic section of roof leaks that they repaired. Haven’t had a problem since.
