This developer made several promises that he did not fulfill. When we bought a home from Inishowen Homes certain things in the contract were not fulfilled such as putting a fence on the property! We were told over and over again that a fence would be built on our property which never happened prior to closing or after closing. If you’re looking at homes by the developer, then be prepared to spend money after closing finishing up large projects that Inishowen promised to complete but failed to do so.
