First Class is as good as it gets and they are local. Mike has been in business for many years and deserves the reputation he has. His team was professional, efficient and exceeded our expectation in every way. We looked through his work on Houzz and checked out his work on Angies List. They are artists. If the time does come when we need some work done again First Class will be the first and only call we make.

I highly recommend this company. Mike and his team did a great job. They also stayed on schedule and cleaned up! We are very happy customers!

Don’t believe Mike’s hype about his own company, this is from a true customer. When Mike comes out to give you a quote he promises the moon but unfortunately cant deliver. We hired him to paint our entire home, including some drywall repairing and wall papering. While the quality of the painting overall is what caused me to at least give him one star, the rest warrants no stars. It took his crew 2 weeks which was fine but the chaos, confusion and ruined property in the home was not worth it. They were totally disorganized, Mike would tell us they would do things in whatever order we wanted but would then tell his crew something else which caused total confusion and on some days chaos. Also his crew took down existing wall paper and proceeded to put it glue side down on the tile floor to use as a tarp, what a mess that was to clean up! Then within 2 months several of the drywall repairs they made opened up and Mike was only willing to fix them for a fair price. Are you kidding me why would we pay more to someone who couldn’t do work the first time that lasted more than 2 months! Mike is a nice man but not a good business man and he does not spend enough time on site with his crews to ensure they provide the level of work and «customer care» that he promises when he is trying to win your business. Would NOT recommend doing business with him.

First Class is truly first class. Since it was the first time I decided on wallpaper, not to mention one with an intricate pattern and myself being a perfectionist, I did my homework and found THE best of the best. First Class went well and above my expectations, and continue to do so — not only with wallpapering and other home decorating projects, but also impeccable wall and ceiling corrections, problem solving (if necessary), customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, fair pricing, and reliability. It doesn’t matter if it is the owner himself or someone from his team helping to create that room you are dreaming of, they all have my #1 recommendation. (I myself had the pleasure to work with Mike, Alonso and Delfino.)

We had First Class Decorating paint and repair our kitchen after we had some water damage. We were thrilled with the results! They were fast, neat, and professional. You would never know we ever had any damage. We highly recommend First Class Decorating!!!

If you need paper hung, do bother going to another resource, First Class Decorating is the best around. I had to have 5 walls hung for our office, with each wall being a unique «mural type» pattern. I had called First Class Decorating because the initial installer had messed up the job and I needed someone that had acute attention to detail and a creative eye rather than someone who would just hang the paper. The First Class Decorating team came in, gave collaborative feedback on the best way to hang the paper and finished the job in half the time as the original installer. The walls look absolutely amazing and have been very well received by every client that visits. I’ll never resource another paper company again.
