Do you not get a loan from this company I paid off my loan within a few months and ended up over paying my loan they told me loan overpayment checks are issued on Fridays I called back the following week and they told me now that they process on Wednesdays the original customer service person I spoke with told me it takes 7 to 8 days to process and when I called back the second one told me it took 30 days they are giving me the runaround and making interest off my refund they were charging almost $ 11 a day and interest and they are taking their sweet time to give me my money back and giving me the runaround do not get a loan from these people whatsoever you are better off going into any loan company you can walk into and actually speaking with a person face-​to-​face even if the interest rate is high because you will know at least what is going on they charge extremely high interest rates to not know what is going on with your loan or your refund and money in general

Total scam. They tell you that you are approved, have you pick your payment, e-​sign your loan docs and then when it gets to the bank verification it stalls. Makes me very nervous that they had the sign on to my bank. I changed that password immediately. When you call they act stupid and tell you that you will receive and email. Why go to the trouble of reading and e-​signing the documents to be turned down? I’ve received 5 calls from other lenders since I applied for this joke of a company, more than likely they sold my information.

Update 1÷28÷2016: Do not apply. I recently got rejected and my account was pulled for 500 dollars a few days later. I had to lock my account, dispute the debit, and reopen a new account, They do keep and farm your information. Do not apply. You will be very regretful if they did.

If I could give this company and negative 5 star rating is would. Like a majority of the reviews about this company, it is a big fraud. I was as well approved, in funding status, and a signed contract. When my money wasn’t in my account I called got the excuse all loans are frozen and told them I needed the money, they said they expedited it all to be denied. I sent an email to them cussing them out, as well reported them to BBB and consumer financial protection agency. This company does indeed need shut down or stiff penalties for breach of contract with everyone that signed one that was approved and then denied. Getting everyone’s personal information.

These people are identity thiefs, they should be looked into and shut down ,
They take your info and sell it to other lenders as leads, do not apply with argon credit they’re a team of crooks so dont waste your time

This company approves people with a loan that they never intended to give in order to get your personal information, such as bank account, social security number, etc. I was approved for $ 8000. Only to log in to see that I was declined. I had called their number to ask why they had approved me and I was told that it was a preapproval, which it wasn’t. I told her that I was approved and she said that I was approved because of my credit score, but the underwriters couldn’t approved me because of my credit. I think that this company is running a business under false pretenses to steal people’s information.

Argon credit completely wasted my time. If I could give them zero stars I would.
They took 2 weeks to give me and answer which was a NO. Were incredibly difficult to reach by phone which is sketchy enough. They have all my personal information and didn’t give me a reason why they needed some of it.
I don’t recommend them at all. If they had given me a no within a few days I wouldn’t care. But it was ridiculous. I was talking to a new person every time I called.

Don’t waste your time with this company. They rope you in. Never answer their phones. After they approve you, they will ask for more information. Decline your original request after a week of back and forth nonsense. Won’t give you any time to send information they asked for.
What is the point? Don’t bother. Horrible customer service and don’t be fooled by their cool professional looking team on the site. If you can’t reach any of them directly. It’s probably not legitimate.

Seeing as this is the first review for this company, I feel an obligation to provide as much factual info as possible. Obviously, I cannot provide and specific info regarding my financial details.
First, this is a company that is undergoing a huge growth phase. There is plenty of information available regarding their company’s growth/​funding, and as with any company undergoing rapid growth, there are some rocky moments. I will include the good and bad below.
The website is extremely easy to use. You can apply and track application status easily. You are notified immediately of status changes. It lists the name of the person that is reviewing your application. You can upload all documents required to the site, and it is very easy to do so. The only drawback is when they transfer your loan from «approved» status to «review» if you are missing information. (Which I was due to my work not providing an easy way to verify employment) However, I was told that they are correcting this so that it lessens any confusion.
Although they provide e-​mail addresses to contact them throughout the application process, I discovered that their strength is customer service via the phone. I am in IT, and I sometimes default to «electronic» first communication, but I was extremely impressed with their phone support. I spoke to Rachel, Stan, and the Operations Manager, Donielle. The experience was 100% positive, and they really helped me complete the loan application process.
Once approved, everything is done electronically. Loan docs are sent via e-​mail, the forms are very easy to manage, and once submitted their team processes it asap. And when they told me I was funded, I received the funds the next business day.
If you are looking for a simple way to access funds, (now that traditional banks do not really offer them unless you are 700+ FICO) then give them a try. They are local to the area, and if you have any questions at all during the application process just call and ask for Stan.
