Wendy’s

I came here on Feb. 14 and asked for two triple burgers and 1 soda. Apparently the drive thru attendant decided what I meant was two meals instead. Thanks for the upcharge for nothing.

The employees seem disinterested here. Starting with the manager. There is a help wanted sign on the door… I wonder why? Service is slow and sloppy. While I was here for about 20 minutes, multiple people had their orders messed up. One kid here had bright red Woody Woodpecker hair. More interested in his ridiculous looks than doing well on the job. Wendy’s, get some leadership here and turn this place around!

I really enjoy Wendy’s but this location really struggles. It’s near my office so I naturally stop here a few times per year. The food is warm but rarely fresh, whether it’s dead or during peak dinner time. Last night I was merely asking a question if the new mushroom burger had onions or not and the guy in the drive thru literally responded 3 times as if I was trying to order it («would you like to make it a combo meal», etc). Finally I had to be rude and said «hey I’m just asking you a question, can you please listen». Not sure if it was intentional but after finding out the burger doesn’t have onions (which is what I wanted) I ended up getting a regular burger with onions. Ugh, despite the bad service overall it’s ok here but I’ve been to much better locations that serve it fresh
