Really great customer service. Fast turn around on my dressy boots — the heals had worn out, as stilettos do, and they did a wonderful job patching them — for $ 13! Saved me a brand new pair of boots and possibly lots of money. Highly recommend.

Each time I use RJ’s I am satisfied… the turn around is quick, they are pleasant when I drop off and pick up… never pressure to purchase anything else… they have said NO they cannot repair something, but I guess that saved me money and a headache… will go there again on Monday to drop off 2 more pair of boots…

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE-​AWFUL!!!
First let me start by saying, I’m active duty military;I dropped off to pair of boot in July 2012. Each pair needed work on only one boot (a zipper and a heel). Initially, the front desk lady only wanted to keep one boot each, however, since she was unsure of the repair person would be able to repair or replace I told her to keep both and call me with the repair/​replace decision; after all what can you do with one boot. Not one call, I returned from a deployment in October and went in to pick up my boots, they only had one boot each! Huh, where was my other boots?! The owner wanted to argue with me about why they didn’t have my other boot and had the nerve to say «well you are just coming back to get them since July.» Really, oh wait let me check my crystal ball to see when you are done with your job. The lady, Audrey, was very nice and offered to look for the missing boots. Now one pair of boots can easily be replaced but the other one I got while stationed overseas. I went to pick up my boots and actually paid the owner for losing my boots. I will be filing a BBB complaint consumer reports and perhaps a lawsuit. The owner was very rude and I was surprised because several students came in from Burnsville high to have their jackets done. I suppose being bigot shop owner keeps you in business in Burnsville.

I took my Tony Lama boots in to get new heels. I dropped my boots off at the end of the day on Tuesday and they were ready on Saturday. My boots look and feel new again. I spoke to a lady at the counter and she was very helpful. It took 2 mins to drop off my boots and 2 mins to pick up. I will definitely be back for other repairs. I would recommend in a heartbeat!
