Cindy is a stupid ass! She is laughable!!! This idiot’s incompetence and laziness needs to be exposed. She is selective about when she has answers and when she’s just another lazy, fat white lady who doesn’t even perform their simple tasks… NO job ethic huh Cindy!!!
For a person who is always here during business hours you’d think Kinko’s would employ a knowledgable polite person who doesn’t just answer every question with «I don’t know» which is the answer I have received from this garbage three separate times in two years! When My firm’s color printer is down I use to come to this location but I never will again.
I’ve been to this Burnsville location three times in the last two years and it’s unfortunate this fat clown is always working between 7AM thru noon. Why she still is even here is beyond Me. Where’s the technical support for this location? She doesn’t know anything that contributes to the simple processes conducted@ a printing post… So she shouldn’t be the only person in the store. Which has been the case all three times I’ve been here.
My eight year old daughter can navigate people through simple direction with printing and copying better than this worthless piece.

I always have a great experience in this store, especially when Cindy is working! She’s assisted me a few times and always provides with best customer service imaginable!

Okay, this location gets the job done. Not much above and beyond that, though :(I have gone in on several occasions and been made to feel like I was a nuisance for standing at the counter. Once, when needing assistance, I was told I had chosen a really bad time to visit; that’s just cruddy. And this was on something I couldn’t even fix — their printer needed toner! The poor older women who came in and needed to fax something looked really let down when they were told they were on their own to figure out the self-​fax station. I bought some poster board for a rally and pointed out that the colored side I needed was sun-​bleached. The clerk stared at me blankly, like the quality of the products was completely removed from the job she was there to do. It’s local and has extended hours, but is not 24-hour…which is probably best: since the day shift is asleep, I can’t imagine how void a night crew might be of professional integrity.
