Buff & Coat

I have to give it a star to do a review. It doesn’t deserve this. He is fraudulent a rip off dishonest and worst of all a con artist in my opinion.
Came in to do my lower level floor. Got 8750 of an 11 800 agreement. Put down the floor didn’t finish didn’t sand correctly stained over his dust on the floor and during the process tried to get the rest of the money from my wife. It had to be ripped up and replaced doesn’t take responsibility for anything and the floor bounces. Worst job I have ever seen in my opinion. Buyer be ware.

Awesome! That essentially sums up our experience with Buff and Coat. We met with Curt Hiepler and he was able to direct us to the right solution. We knew that our floors needed a little more than just a pure buff and coat but we were getting our house ready to put in the market and we didn’t want to spend a ton of money. He recommended a solution that was in between a buff and coat and a full sand down. The results were fabulous! The floors looked new. He was even able to blend in between our hallway (had the floors re-​done) and our bedrooms (didn’t fully re-​do the floors). He also did a few spots for us in the middle of the bedrooms. Everything turned out really seamless.
Ultimately we sold our house in less than a week and everyone commented on the great hardwood floors. We just wished we had done it sooner!
